Once the interest form is received, our team will schedule a consultation meeting with you to review potentialapprenticeshiprolesandaligntheprogramstructurewiththeorganization’sworkforceneeds. Duringthisstep,wewill:

● Determinehiringtimelines

Step4 EmployerCommitmentLetter
Employers interested in participating in the Talent Catalyst™ program will be asked to provideaLetter of Commitment confirming their interest in participating in the program and supporting apprenticeship opportunities within their organization These letters help demonstrate employer demand and strengthen ourpositionforthenationalapprenticeshipinitiative
Step5 EmployerOnboarding&ProgramLaunch
Once we have received confirmation of the acceptance into the program, participating employers will completetheonboardingprocessandpreparetowelcomeapprenticesintotheirorganizations
