Summer 2021 is gone and here in Texas we are looking forward to cooler days of Fall 2021!
1st and 2nd quarters have been tremendous. Thank you to all our Clients and Associates for a record-breaking year so far! With the ongoing changes and challenges we all face in our world; we are humbled with the trust you all have put in Texas Ranch Sales.
We continue to build and expand the vision of the company to optimally fulfill the standard of our clients’ expectations.
I would like to give attention and recognition to the outstanding Texas Ranch Sales advertising Team. They are continually pushing the limits of TRS representation across Texas and a national level, always advocating on the frontier of expansion!
So far 2021 has showed us that buyers are still highly motivated to find and purchase their own piece of Texas. While we haven’t seen a reduction in those eager to buy, we have seen a scarcity in the number of new places hitting the market.
Seller’s wishing to take advantage of the 1031 tax exchange benefits are reluctant to move forward with selling their current property because they are struggling to find a new ranch to move those funds into.
This reality will cause prices to steadily increase over the next 12-18 months. Our advice to buyers currently looking is to find a property they like and to make the purchase. If you’re feeling the price is a little high now, then you’ll probably feel it was a bargain in about 6 months!
