Returns: Dance Basics and Stock items can be returned in new and unworn condition within 14 days of purchase. Non-stock items that have not been embellished or personalized may be returned within 14 days, subject to 15% restocking fee. Custom, embellished and personalized items may not be returned. All returns must be unworn and unwashed. Cancellations: No cancellation or change to custom or team orders may be made after production has begun. Team order deposits are non refundable once the order has been processed. Custom orders cancelled after sample is made but prior to full order being placed will be assessed a sample/patterning charge that will be deducted from the initial deposit. Minimums: Less than 6 pc. per style are subject to a $10 processing fee. Prices: Price adjustments may be made periodically throughout the year and will be noted when orders are placed. Payment: Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Cash and Electronic Check by mail, phone, Paypal (sales@texasmotionsports.com) or online. Terms: Custom Order will require a 50% deposit prior to sample being made. Minor Adjustments will be allowed. Substantial material or patterning changes may incur additional charges or require purchase of original material selection. Official School Purchase Orders- Once PO is received production will begin on your order. Terms will be Net 30 from the shipping date. School and/or team orders- will require a 50% deposit when order is placed. The balance is due prior to shipping date. Personal orders- will be paid when order is placed. Delivery: In stock items will ship within 72 hours. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for non stock items. Add 2 weeks for embellished items. Please allow approximately 8-10 weeks for custom items. Call to discuss rush orders, rush charges will apply. Availability If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified and an appropriate substitution made. If we cannot find an acceptable substitute product – we will cancel or refund that portion of the order. Shipping Charges: Basic Ground Shipping charge for TMS product is 5% of total order up to 1000.00 - 12.00 minimum. Expedited shipping will incur additional shipping charges based on current UPS shipping schedule. Band Shoes, Boots and Equipment may incur additional shipping charges based on weight and packaging. Residential delivery will incur additional shipping charges. Warranty: Defective and damaged merchandise will be returned to Texas Motion Sports LLC. We will promptly correct or replace the item(s). If the damage is due to customer handling, we will attempt to correct the item(s) at minimal cost to the customer. We are not responsible for improper care of the garment(s). Hand wash separately and hang dry all garments. Do not use DELICATE or HAND WASH cycle on commercial or residential washing machines. Hand Wash literally means HAND WASH in the sink with your hands and mild detergent.
