Prices:
Pricing and supply have become very volatile and are subject to daily changes. Pricing and product availablity shown in this catalog are based on the best information that we had at the time of printing. Once printed, we will try to maintain updated pricing on our website. The best method for obtaining the most up-to-date pricing and to check availablity will be by email.

Returns:
Dance Basics and stock items can be returned in NEW and UNWORN condition within 14 days of purchase. Non-stock items that have not been embellished or personalized my be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom, embellished, and personalized items may not be returned. All returns must be unworn and unwashed.
Cancellations:
No cancellation or change to custom or team orders can be made after production has began. Team Order deposits are nonrefundable once the order has been processed. Custom orders cancelled after a sample is made, but prior to full order being placed, will be assessed a sample/patterning charge that will be deducted from the initial deposit.
Minimums:
Orders with less than 6 pieces per style are subject to a $10 processing fee per item.
Payment:
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Electronic Check by mail, over the phone, PayPal (sales@texasmotionsports.com), or online.
Terms:
Custom orders require a 50% deposit prior to a sample being made. Minor adjustments will be allowed. Substantial material or patterning changes may incur additional charges or requre purchase of the original material selection. School Purchase Orders - Once a PO is recieved, production will begin on your order. Teams will be Net 30 from the shipping date. School and/or Team Orders - will require a 50% deposit when order is placed. The remaining balance is due prior to first shipping date. Personal Orders - will be paid when order is placed.
Delivery:
In stock items will ship within 72 hours. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of non-stock items, and add 2 weeks for embellished items. Please call to discuss rush orders, rush charges will apply.
Availablility:
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified and an appropriate substitution will be made. If we cannot find an acceptable subsitute, we will cancel and refund that portion of the order if necessary.
Shipping Charges:
Basic Ground Shipping charge for TMS product is 3% of the total order up to $1000.00 - $17.00 minimum. Expedited shipping will incur additional charges based on current UPS shipping schedule. Band Shoes, Boots, and Equipment may incur additional charges based on the weight and packaging. Residential delivery will incur additional shipping charges.
Warranty:
Defective and damaged merchandise will be returned to Texas Motion Sports. We will promptly correct or replace the item(s). If the damage is due to customer mishandling, we will attempt to correct the item(s) at minimal cost to the customer. We are not responsible for improper care of garments. Hand wash seperately and hang dry all TMS garments. DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER EVER! Do not use DELICATE or HAND WASH cycle on commercial or residential washing machines. Hand wash literally means HAND WASH, in the sink, with your hands, with mild detergent. We realize we are telling you these garments require special care and love, but you wouldn’t put a mink coat in the dishwasher would you? Or clean your diamonds with battery acid? Wash your dance clothes with care like you love them!
