The Woodlands

CAN'T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU!

The team at Texas Living Company is so happy you ’ re ready to call The Woodlands, TX home. The Woodlands is the largest master-planned community in Houston, covering 27,000 acres. It’s not a true city, but a township located in the middle of a beautiful natural forest. Mr. Mitchell put restrictions in place when developing this community to keep as many mature trees as possible. You’ll notice, when driving down the main roads, most of the commercial properties are perfectly hidden behind parts of natural forest!

I hope this city guide answers any questions you may have about your new home.

We’re here to help with any of your real estate needs and we can't wait to have you in our community!
