PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Dear Esteemed Members and Future Members,

As we come upon the holidays, we should look forward to time away from the workload and focus on family I hope some of the images in this issue spark joy and good memories from the past

If you are a member with us, I want to express my gratitude for your dedicated involvement with the Escrow Association of Santa Clara Valley and CEA Your commitment and professionalism are the cornerstones of our success and the trust we build within the communities we serve

This past year has presented the CEA with challenges, but it has also offered us remarkable opportunities to innovate and grow. We have a new association management team, Advantage AMC. I know them as Tracey and Maggie. They manage CLADA as well.

We have seen advancements in technology with a new AMS system that are transforming our ability to build our membership, and it is inspiring to witness how our members are embracing these changes

I also want to remind each of you of the importance of collaboration and networking Our association provides a platform for exchanging ideas, sharing best practices, and fostering relationships that will propel our industry forward I encourage all members to engage actively in our upcoming events, workshops, forums and communicate with us on our social media channels

Your input is invaluable, and every voice matters as we strive to shape the future of the Escrow profession

As we look to the year ahead, let us reaffirm our commitment to ethics, integrity, and continuous professional development. Together, we can make a significant impact in our field and set a standard of excellence that others aspire to follow
