We believe you will find inspiration in the words of each of the ladies we have featured in this piece.
It is an undeniable fact that women and men differ from each other. They are not better or worse, they are just different. Regardless of race, upbringing and cultural background, the sexes are constantly challenging their leadership.
However, understanding behavioural patterns in the business environment is key to building effective and harmonious working relationships. In the dynamics of today’s business world, leaders are challenged to integrate diverse approaches and management styles.
often display a transformational leadership style that is oriented towards motivation and staff support.
They are recognized for their strong skills in interpersonal communication and in developing a strong corporate culture.
on the other hand, tend to apply a more authoritarian and decisive approach to decision
They are more direct and focused in communication, with a preference for the clear and direct expression of ideas.
In seeking strategic solutions, women for the most part assess risk morecarefully, while men are more likely to act decisively and quickly, taking greater risks.
The similarities and differences between the genders create the conditions for a dynamic work environment. By recognizing and valuing these differences, companies can boldly invest in training their leaders, female or male, using the best characteristics of each style to achieve their corporate goals.
Another interesting aspect is the emotional intelligence, that members of both sexes exhibit. Women are often more able to recognise and express emotions, which can be valuable in managing teams and resolving conflict. Men can be more restrained in their emotional expressions, which often contributes to more objective analysis in decision-making.
Understanding the unique reactions of women and men in business contexts can facilitate communication, improve synergy, and promote a more effective work environment.
It is amazing the profound influence that the different sexes, interacting with each other, have had on shaping of our world as we know it through his discoveries and achievements .
In the context of the theme of the issue, it is important to recognize the remarkable contribution of women to history.
They have played a critical role in the development of science, technology, art and society as a whole. Although many of their achievements often go unnoticed, their recognition can serve as an inspiration and promote equality in all walks of life.
From Marie Curie, the first woman in history to win the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1903 and the only woman to win it twice, to Mother Teresa, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979, women have continued to make significant contributions to science and humanitarian initiatives.
Women like Ada Lovelace , who is considered the first computer programmer, and Grace Hopper , a pioneer in the development of programming languages, have left a deep mark on the world of technology.
Figures such as Malala Yousafzai, who received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014 “For fighting against the oppression of children and youth, and for children’s right to education” and Claudia Goldin with the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2023 “For improving our understanding of women’s labor market outcomes,” are changing our society for the better.
And in conclusion, I would quote the great Hugo: “Respect for women is the measure of the progress of a nation and of social life.”

TRUST TEAM - THIS IS HOW THE FSO DEPARTMENT WAS DEFINED BY ALL COLLEAGUES IN THE COMPANY IN 2018
“Trust” - one of TESY’s values that is at the core of the relationship between both the members of the department , the FSO team and the teams within the company.
The FSO is the only team in Tesy that has kept its composition unchanged for over 20 years. The secret? The professional and personal relationships built have resulted in a miniature family where everyone is supportive. A family in which they have celebrated weddings, rejoiced at the birth of children and grandchildren, grieved at the loss of loved ones, and supported each other.
They share that behind the successes achieved there is a lot of hard work, discipline and responsibility. They pride themselves on being a team where relationships are cordial and good-natured. They always approach with attention to detail and rigor.
They love to dance Bulgarian folk dances together, hike in the mountains, travel and visit historical sites. They are inspired by the beauty of handmade art objects and floristry is their passion
They are connoisseurs of home baking, which they enjoy preparing and tasting.
Electrical Installations is a unit concerned with the preparation of all types of electrical installations necessary for the installation and electrical installations necessary for the installation and operation of most of the appliances manufactured by TESY, namely EWH, Convectors, OFR and Heat Pumps.
On average, the team produces 6,500 pcs of electrical installations annually, with a record 10,600 pcs produced in September 2023. In 2023, 603,537.65 meters of cables passed through the hands of the team of 9 women, which is almost the distance in kilometers from Burgas to Vidin.
The work on the 5 different specific machines on which the cable lugs are sized and placed requires focus and concentration. The driving force for the team is the support of the supervisors, the correct allocation of tasks and above all the love with which everyone approaches their work. They share that TESY gives them security, and the collegial relationship and understanding with which it is approached is the recipe for a successful team.
The very good relationships built over time within the team help the ladies of the Inarky team /as they are known in the company due to the brand name of the machines they work with/ not only to work in sync, but also to have fun both in and out of work. They like to share and exchange cooking recipes to approve after tasting, to grow flowers, exchanging from seeds to whole plants, to relax together after work, to comment on different films that have impressed them. The team’s favourite actor is Jason Statham, and Bulgarian folklore puts them in a good mood.
They support each other and stand together in challenges, approaching both with responsibility and positivity when the going gets tough.
Since 09.01.2024 the team has been on the so-called split diet and although there are no lasting results yet, everyone’s tone is extremely high.

DIVISION OF PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION, ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT
A major part of the comfort that is created in the workplaces at TESY is built through the active work of the team of hygienists working at the various company sites.
TESY has 1,220 employees, of which 1,020 work in Shumen and Smyadovo’s various industries and 116 work in Shumen’s offices. Keeping the office and production areas clean is no easy task, but as they themselves say, “The team knows what to do and does it”. They support, help and rely on each other. The company’s attitude and care for people puts them at ease and gives them security. They trust their supervisor and are confident in his support. They like to drink coffee together, share different excitements related to their children and grandchildren, and listen to each other. They enjoy gardening and applied arts are their favourite. Their deft hands make items from string, create textile and diamond tapestries, paint, and create.
They like to watch movies with Johnny Depp, Asen Blatechki, Nencho Balabanov, and besides Bulgarian folk music, they also listen and enjoy pop-folk and rock music.
Every morning, before the working day has started for the office employees, they clean to the rhythm of their favourite music and it is certainly clear to everyone that the DJ hygienist has started work with a mood that spurs everyone else to act under the motto “Pass it on”.
The “Exhibition” and “Sale” of cans and jars in the office is no longer a surprise for colleagues who have prepared their lunch but forgot that they brought it in some containers.
“Work and play, play and work!” applies to them in full force!

I believe that what I have gained complements perfectly with my current position in Product Management. We are actively involved in new product development processes through to market introduction. We work closely with both the sales, marketing and category management departments as well as IPDQ. In our team, it is crucial to combine business and technical skills as we play the role of “bridge” between Commercial Division and IPDQ. The position is very exciting to me, precisely because of its complexity and the fact that we have the opportunity to see what is happening in the market, but also to participate in the processes to develop new products. Understanding market needs and technical capabilities helps us determine what the requirements are for new products to meet to the needs of stakeholders. Understanding market requirements and available technical capabilities is a critical step in the process of specifying new products to meet the needs of both users and other stakeholders. Managing and optimizing the life cycle of a product category is an extremely responsible task that motivates me to continue to develop and acquire new knowledge.
I believe I have the values of PASSION and INNOVATION. For me they are the drivers of my professional development. Early in my career, I believed that bold ideas and the ability to innovate are the key to success. My approach, which some of my colleagues liken to a “white sheet”, gives me the freedom to think outside the box and strive for innovative solutions.
In my spare time, I like to engage in various activities that get me out of a rut. I love travel and discover new destinations, experiencing new cultures, and trying different cuisines. Basketball is a part of my life, I have been coaching for 11 years and it has been a passion of mine since childhood. And alongside my education, I have also become passionate about graphic design, which develops my creativity and inspires me.”
“I graduated from Ruse University “Angel Kanchev”. I have a bachelor’s degree in welding and regulatory base. The master’s program I studied is “Mechanical Engineering Technology and Management”. I also have the PhD degree - Mechanics of solid deformable body with the topic “Numerical modelling, study and optimization of residual deformations in welding processes”.
I am an engineer with a passion for tackling complex challenges and and turning ideas into tangible solutions. As a designer in the Design Department, I have the opportunity to create, build upon and experiment. By developing 3D models and design documentation, we improve and refine existing machines and parts.
Design and construction is a passion of mine where I can apply my lateral thinking and creativity. By combining my technical skills I aim to make a meaningful contribution that has a lasting impact on both projects and people.”
