What are the challenges did you have to overcome?
Finding a lot of flaws or having strong analytical skills will not qualify you as a professional quality assurance engineer or software tester. To reach success, some attributes must be ingrained in oneself! It is always a good idea for testers to practice positive comments and excellent communication skills, especially when communicating faults! The most difficult problem I've had is effective communication. Communication is critical for communicating your message to team members and clients. This is based on my personal observations. I feel this is important for those who have to persuade problems on a regular basis or get into lengthy disputes with developers during testing!
What does Testrig mean to you?
Testrig is where I learned how to detect and successfully deal with problems. Many of us have realized that the culture of a truly successful company is its secret weapon. To be successful, a good and productive environment in which employees can perform their best job and be recognized for it is essential, as it is what shapes an individual's career, and I'm grateful to be a part of a great working culture where I'm pushed to my limits and continue to deliver the best of my abilities.
What things keep you motivated?
New challenges, high team energy, and a pleasant working environment I try to prevent distractions and interruptions since it might be tough to get back on track after you've been interrupted. Staying motivated may be achieved by limiting your exposure to distractions and interruptions.
What is your learning mantra?
When seen on a larger scale, learning at work to brush up on weaker abilities or improve oneself to work better exponentially advances us along the professional ladder. It will help you grow and progress as a person, allowing you to work more autonomously and manage yourself more successfully. Pass on your knowledge while seeking to learn as much as possible from others, and help your organization flourish together.
What is your best advice to software testers?
Never believe that a piece of software is bug-free after only one iteration. Before determining that the software's quality is sufficient, run 2-3 test iterations. Don't be too eager to respond to queries about your efforts, especially if you believe others expect it from a professional like you. Small modifications might sometimes result in more tests than planned. Better to begin by defining the tests required and previous experience, then estimate.
