n answer for multi-generational families, who want to share homes while saving and generating income, may be in reach. A concept popular in other Canadian cities but a first in Windsor-Essex is being brought by realtor Joe Fallea and his Fallea Real Estate Group. It’s called Legacy Next-Gen Homes/Generations on Tenth Street, for building lots on Tenth Street, adjacent to a recreation area in LaSalle. Fallea said his project is an answer to the myriad families who have two generations or more living together, who want separate living spaces while still residing on the same property.
