Remarks 1. The approval sample was sent to the inspector’s home address directly before inspection and were sent back to client after inspection (via SF1 008 916 470 157).

2. Upon arrival, about 60% (1128 rolls) of the order quantity was finished and packed for inspection; for the rest product, still under factory’s checking and packing procedure.

Due to the packing work was not finished and the packing list could not be provided, the actual shipment quantity was unknown and the inspector could not count the actual presented quantity.

3. 100% of inspected length was considered as second quantity and exceeded 10%.

4. All inspected rolls were with narrow width (actually usable width was 147-148cm and less than 150cm).

5. Color shade was found. See blow photos and summary sheet.

6. One meter per color (total 15 pieces) were cut and sent to client. (via SF1 008 916 470 157) 7. One piece of defective sample (coarse end) was sent to client. (via SF1 008 916 470 157)
