His restructuring effort at Timah has managed to turnaround the ailing company to a point where it became the benchmark for global tin price.

It’s not necessarily a bad time if provided by a good business plan, skillful partners, cohesive teammates, and also keep learning from the seniors. We believe that our business can sustain and face many challenges,” said Sonny. Na Ma Ra through the online-based service still has its own market. “One of our strategies is using an online and free delivery service to the customers located nearby. By using this strategy, our income has reached 70% from our financial plan income,” told Arif who launched Na Ma Ra in July. Na Ma Ra which means ‘happy’ in Greek, was initiated by these two classmates who wanted to create something positive. “In our journey of creating Na Ma Ra, lessons learned in class play an important role. It helps us a lot on how our business can bring a positive impact. We develop our set of skills about business starting by business ideation, researching the market, setting the financial projection, and making the flow of operation,” closed Arif.
