How does AWARE work?
Step 1
A tracer particle gets added to the recycled fibers, giving each product a unique identifier: a Digital Product Passport.
Step 3
A QR code is sewn to the finished product to provide access to the Digital Product Passport.
Step 2
With each new stage of production, a stamp gets issued to the Digital Product Passport.
Step 4
Scan the QR code to see the full recycled material content and the product’s journey from start to finish.

• Production times may alter due to high seasons in summer and winter months
• There is no charge for PMS color match; exact PMS color match is not guaranteed
• Due to the flexible nature of textiles, a tolerance of 5% from center is acceptable for imprint position
OVERS AND UNDERS: Custom orders are subject to 3% over run or under run and order will be considered complete. If no over runs are permitted, 5% under run will be accepted. If exact quantity is needed, 5% surcharge will be added to the item cost and imprint run charge.

Artwork Requirements
for SCREEN PRINT:
• Spot color logos must be in vector format (.AI or .eps file types)
for EMBROIDERY:
• .DST file types are accepted
• We are not liable if the DST file provided does not meet the requirements to embroider on our products
• We strongly advise to have our team digitize artwork and logos since the nature of our products might be different from previously used .DST's on other items
DON'T FORGET
• Artwork must be print-ready at the time of Purchase Order submission. If artwork files are not print-ready, production may be delayed
• PMS colors must be specified
• Fonts and Strokes must be converted to outlines
