Why Should You Use Blow Filling Machine?

Blow Filling Machine, also known as pressure filling machine, is widely used in liquid packaging, electronic components, agricultural products, medicine, food, and beverage industries. It is widely used in medicine filling and packaging in the pharmaceutical industry. Blow Filling Machine is widely used for liquid capsules, liquid medical products, cosmetology cosmetics, food, and beverage filling as well as other industrial liquids. The pressure filling machine is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and can be used for capsules and liquids, sealing with no leakage. Currently, the pressure of the machine is almost stable, so the process of filling can be completed automatically. The blow filling machine is a device that is used to fill the air in the plastic bags and make them look large. This

pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries. The end user gets very good benefits by using this machine, but the main objective of using this machine is to keep the products safe from damage when it is being transported or moved.

The Blow Filler Machine can be used to put the powder or granules into the bag. The bags are filled with air and this makes them look bigger, and this helps in making food products alluring for the customers. What is a Blow Filling Machine? A blow filling machine is also known as a progressive filling machine or piston filling machine. Blow filling machine uses high-pressure air to pump the liquid from one container to another container by piercing both containers with a needle at the same time. The main component of the blow-filling machine is the pump. The pump compresses the inert gas and forces it through a tube called a pressure tube. The pressure tube is connected to the valve assembly through a cylinder block in a vertical position which works as a support for the piston. The compressed gas under the control of electric or hydraulic valve gets into piston through a pressure tube which produces pressure on the liquid inside the container. The liquid is forced out of the container through a nozzle connected to tapping on the container by piercing that part of the nozzle with a needle in a very fine hole in the container. The piston

continues to move inside the cylinder block until all liquid is transferred to another container. Then it gets open automatically and the next cycle starts again. Uses of Blow Filling Machine ● Blow filling machines are usually used in the packaging industry. The machine kits are made in a way that helps with the filling of small containers or cans. These machines come in different shapes and sizes, as well as in case you need to make your own modifications. ● The blow filling machine has a nozzle that makes it easy the fill any type of liquid. There is also an option for an automatic blow-out which makes the process faster and more efficient. ● They can be used for any type of liquid, such as water, juice, milk, oil, alcohol, and even more. What is the real benefit of a Blow Filling Machine? ● By using blow-filling machines, you will be able to fill containers at a faster rate compared to manual filling. If you consider that a blow-filling machine is able

to fill containers at a rate of 1000 bottles per hour, then manual filling will be able to fill only 200-300 bottles per hour. This means that time consumption will be greatly reduced. ● Blow-filling machines are also cheaper compared to other types of filling machines. Furthermore, they are produced in various sizes and configurations which makes them more flexible and suitable for different products and filling operations. ● Blow-filling machines can work with containers from 2 to 60 gallons which means that they can fill all types of containers – big or small. ● In addition to all mentioned above, blow-filling machines are also easier to operate and maintain compared to other filling machine types. ● One of the most significant benefits of a blow-filling machine is that it requires much less space than a larger bottling line. It can be used alongside a production line. Another advantage is the fact that it only operates when a bottle is at the top of the machine.
