Terrie O’Connor earned her real estate license in 1981 as away to contribute to her family’s household income. As the daughter and wife of US Naval Officers, relocation was away of life. They lived in Malta, Hawaii, Panama, and England, as well as a dozen spectacular locations across the United States. A career in real estate was a natural progression, and Terrie’s expertise in relocation, as well as residential and new construction marketing and sales, quickly propelled her business. Following a successful 10-year career in real estate sales, marketing and management, Terrie O’Connor founded Terrie O’Connor Realtors.

In 1991, Terrie O’Connor launched her boutique agency, Terrie O’Connor Realtors, with a single agent, a volunteer office administrator and an IBM- 386. Over the past 30 years, Terrie O’Connor Realtors has evolved into a leading independent brokerage with more than 420 sales associates, 40 employees and eight offices serving northern New Jersey and southern New York counties of Orange and Rockland.
