THE 2023-2025 LICENSE RENEWAL CYCLE WILL BE COMING TO AN END SOON.
In order to qualify for license renewal July 1st, 2025, you must complete 12 CE CREDITS by April 30th, 2025 If you complete the requirements prior to April 30th, 2023, you will not incur the additional $200 00 processing fee as per GBAR (Greater Bergen Association of Realtors)
Of the 12 CREDITS, 6 MUST be CORE (2 of which must be Ethics and 1 which must be Fair Housing and just added 1 which must be Agency) The remaining 6 credits may be elective If you do not complete your CE Credits by June 30th, 2025 you will not be able to renew your license, and your license will expire. Newly licensed agents after July 1, 2024 do not have to do CE in this cycle.
Look out for your Qualifying Questionnaire coming in March.

The Grace Foundation Board of Directors recently met to allocate monies collected through fundraising, agent commission donations, t-shirt sales and recent raffles. The Grace Foundation sent money to the California Association of Realtors Disaster Relief Fund to support Realtors and staff impacted by the recent fires For the second year, The Grace Foundation sponsored basketball uniforms for Street2Street, an organization that exists to help kids Play, Belong, & Matter through sports, mentoring, & personal development. And, continuing our mission to ensure housing for all, The Grace Foundation and Terrie O'Connor Realtors presented a gift to Covenant House New Jersey
