CONUS/OCONUS | AFCEC | Contract FA890326D0065 Capacity: $3.5B | 9/23/2026–9/22/3034 Contract Summary: Through this nationwide vehicle, Tepa-Weston JV will compete for task orders spanning environmental planning, investigations, compliance, restoration and remediation, and environmental construction and demolition.

This award expands the JV’s ability to deliver integrated, results-focused solutions that advance environmental compliance, site restoration, and mission readiness.

Optimized Remediation Contract

Moody AFB, Georgia | USACE Savannah District | Contract W912EP16D0009 | TO W912HN20F1024 Value: $7.9M | PoP: 9/08/2020–9/07/2027 Project Summary: Tepa is conducting site restoration to achieve Performance Objectives at nine IRP sites with chlorinated solvent-related contamination. Scope includes maintaining established remedies, implementing optimizations to enhance remedial progress at applicable sites, and achieving site-specific objectives. Remediation activities are being conducted pursuant to RCRA and under an RCRA Hazardous Waste Corrective Action Permit with regulatory oversight provided by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division.

Hydraulic Capture and Point Source Removal (PFAS/PFOA)

Shaw AFB, South Carolina | USACE Omaha District Contract W9128F20D0050 | TO W912F21F0134 Value: $47.4M | PoP: 6/11/2021–9/30/2025 Project Summary: Historical fire training and emergency response activities released AFFF‑related PFAS into soil and groundwater at three former burn pits and contributed to on‑ and off‑base plumes impacting drinking water. Weston (as Weston-ER Federal Services JV) led site investigations and treatability studies and developed and implemented Interim Remedial Action to rapidly mitigate human health and environmental risks. We designed and constructed an innovative groundwater treatment plant with trench‑based extraction combined with GAC and ion exchange, achieving full hydraulic capture of PFAS‑impacted groundwater and rapidly reducing risk to drinking water receptors. The optimized design expedited regulatory approval; delivered approximately $2M in cost savings; and earned client recognition for exceptional quality, timeliness, and cost‑effectiveness.
