WHO WE ARE

/// Tehama Environmental Consulting Services, LLC (Tehama ECS) is an 8(a)-certified, tribally owned small disadvantaged business that delivers environmental consulting, cultural resources management, and natural resources management services to federal, state, and municipal clients nationwide.

Established in 2019, Tehama ECS develops sustainable solutions customized to our clients’ specific needs.

In addition to Tehama ECS, Tepa, LLC’s Environment Services includes Tehama Technical Services, LLC (Tehama TS), which is also 8(a)-certified, and Tehama, LLC (Tehama). All three companies are tribally owned small disadvantaged businesses, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), and wholly owned subsidiaries of Tepa, LLC, owned by the federally recognized Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians.

With extensive experience in environmental consulting, cultural resources management, and natural resources management, Tehama ECS brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge and expertise to each project, allowing us to create targeted solutions that meet today’s evolving environmental needs.

Documenting, preserving, and elevating our heritage requires specialized knowledge and experience in the cultural resources industry. THE TEPA COMPANIES STORY

Tehama ECS is one of the Tepa Companies, tribally owned by the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians. Through Tepa, LLC, the Tepa Companies share a common administrative and executive management team to reduce client costs and improve project efficiency. The companies work independently and collaboratively to provide construction, engineering, environmental, industrial, and technology services. Since 2005, the Tepa Companies have a proven history of delivering comprehensive and sustainable solutions to federal, state, local, commercial, and tribal clients nationwide on time and within budget.

Tehama ECS is able to utilize all of the resources, capabilities, and experience of the other Tepa Companies to deliver successful projects. The Tepa Companies have offices nationwide.

THE PASKENTA BAND OF NOMLAKI INDIANS

The Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is a federally recognized tribe based in Northern California, east of the Coastal Range in what is now known as Tehama and Glenn counties. The Tribe actively supports its members and surrounding residents through diversified business holdings and contributions to community organizations from the Paskenta Nomlaki Foundation.
