TITANS AND CHIEFS MEET SUNDAY AT NISSAN STADIUM TENNESSEE TITANS (2-12) VS. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (6-8) NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans (2-12) return home this week to face the Kansas City Chiefs (6-8). Kickoff at Nissan Stadium (capacity 69,143) is scheduled for 12 p.m. CST on Sunday, Dec. 21. The Titans will host the Chiefs for the first time since Oct. 24, 2021, when the outcome was a 27-3 Titans victory. In a rivalry between two original AFL clubs dating back to 1960, the Chiefs hold a 28-24 series edge. The Chiefs hosted the most recent matchup on Nov. 6, 2022 and pulled out a 20-17 overtime victory. Titans first-year general manager Mike Borgonzi spent the past 16 years with the Chiefs organization, most recently serving as Kansas City’s assistant general manager.

THE BROADCAST

This week’s contest will be regionally televised on CBS, including Nashville affiliate WTVF NewsChannel 5, as well as on Paramount+ in the Nashville market. The broadcast team includes play-by-play announcer Kevin Harlan, analyst Trent Green and reporter Melanie Collins. Fans in Nashville can stream live Titans games on mobile devices with NFL+, which offers access to local games and all primetime games on phones and tablets. Out of market, fans can watch every Sunday afternoon game with Sunday Ticket. More information on ways to watch NFL games can be found at nfl.com/waystowatch. The Titans Radio Network and Nashville flagship 104.5 The Zone carry all Titans games across the Mid-South with play-by-play announcer Taylor Zarzour, analyst Dave McGinnis, executive producer Rhett Bryan, gameday host Lucas Panzica, and sideline reporters Amie Wells and Will Boling. Additionally, Sports USA will broadcast the game to a national radio audience. Play-by-play announcer Larry Kahn and analyst Stephen Gostkowski will have the call.

SIMMONS ADDS TO OFFENSIVE HIGHLIGHTS IN SAN FRANCISCO

The Titans traveled to San Francisco last week for the first time since 2017. Rookie quarterback Cam Ward completed a pair of touchdown passes, and running back Tony Pollard posted 104 rushing yards for his second consecutive 100-yard performance. However, it was not enough to slow the 49ers, who won 37-24.

Ward, who became the first rookie quarterback in franchise history to start 14 games in a season, had a season-best 101.2 passer rating. He found rookie tight end Gunnar Helm for a 34-yard touchdown pass and later connected with defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons for a one-yard touchdown. Additionally, Ward enjoyed his first outing without being sacked. Simmons, who caught his second career touchdown pass, also accounted for a strip-sack in the game. He became the NFL’s first player since J.J. Watt in 2014 with a strip-sack and touchdown reception in the same contest. With three weeks remaining on the schedule, he already has a career high with nine sacks in 2025.

THE CHIEFS

Kansas City hosted the AFC West rival Los Angeles Chargers last week. After the Chiefs built a 13-3 lead, the Chargers scored the game’s final 13 points to win 16-13. The Chiefs, who are in third place in their division, were eliminated from playoff contention for the first time since 2014. Two-time Associated Press NFL MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes, now is in his ninth NFL season, started each of Kansas City’s first 14 games of the season. However, he exited last week’s contest against the Chargers with a knee injury. Veteran backup Gardner Minshew II finished in place of Mahomes. Andy Reid is in his 13th season as Kansas City’s head coach and his 27th overall season as an NFL head coach. His 307 career wins rank first among active coaches and fourth in NFL history.

AMY ADAMS STRUNK CONTROLLING OWNER/ BOARD OF DIRECTORS CO-CHAIRMAN

Amy Adams Strunk is the Controlling Owner of the Tennessee Titans. She assumed the role of controlling owner in March 2015 and also serves as co-chairman of the franchise’s Board of Directors. Daughter of Titans franchise founder K.S. “Bud” Adams, Jr., Adams Strunk was raised on football and is proud of her father’s role in co-founding the American Football League and the decades of leadership he provided within the National Football League. Her goal is to build upon that legacy and establish the Titans as one of the league’s elite franchises. In her time as controlling owner, Adams Strunk transformed the franchise. The Titans went from a threewin team in 2015 to posting six consecutive winning seasons (2016-21), a trip to the AFC Championship game in 2019, back-to-back division titles (2020, 2021), and the top seed in the AFC in the 2021 NFL Playoffs. 2 0 2 5 T E N N E S S E E T I TA N S

OWNERSHIP

Adams Strunk’s dedication to enabling a modern, innovative business has facilitated significant growth in the organization’s staff, increasing by over 150 percent since 2015. Over the years, she has committed significant resources to upgrade Nissan Stadium and the team’s headquarters, Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park. In 2023, her direction was instrumental in state and local government approval of a new, enclosed stadium on the east bank of the Cumberland River, which is slated to open in 2027. In the spring of 2018, she collaborated with Nashville city officials to secure the 2019 NFL Draft for downtown Nashville. The Titans and the NFL transformed lower Broadway into one of the most dynamic and successful drafts in NFL history. Impacting communities has also been an important centerpiece of her ownership tenure, with both monetary and in-kind donations pledged to the Waverly community after its 2021 flooding disaster, tornado relief to Middle Tennessee in 2022, local business support during the effects of COVID-19, and a number of other

causes benefitting the Nashville and greater Tennessee communities. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in history, Adams Strunk is an avid horse enthusiast whose other interests include farming, ranching, tennis, and a variety of other outdoor activities. BURKE NIHILL PRESIDENT AND CEO

Burke Nihill is President and Chief Executive Officer for the Tennessee Titans. During his time with the Titans, Nihill has overseen the team’s bid for Nashville’s record-breaking 2019 NFL Draft; the expansion and renovation of Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, the Titans practice facility; and the approval, design, and construction of the team’s new, enclosed stadium as the anchor of a transformational new town center on Nashville’s East Bank. CHAD BRINKER

PRESIDENT, FOOTBALL OPERATIONS

Chad Brinker serves as President of Football Operations for the Tennessee Titans. He joined the Titans in 2023 as Assistant General Manager before being promoted to his current position in 2024. As President of Football Operations, Brinker provides executive leadership and direct oversight for the entire football staff, reporting directly to Titans Controlling Owner Amy Adams Strunk. Since his arrival in Tennessee, Brinker’s progressive approach has led to several initiatives aimed at moving the organization forward. He spearheaded the club’s extensive search for a new general manager in 2025, resulting in the hiring of Mike Borgonzi. Brinker was also a pillar in the team’s comprehensive search for Head Coach Brian Callahan in 2024. An NFL personnel veteran, Brinker embodies core strengths focused in executive leadership, strategic operations, financial analysis, and talent evaluation. His dual background in football operations merged with a business acumen gained from an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management further developed his skills as a team builder and strategic leader both on and off the field. Prior to joining the Titans, Brinker spent 13 years with the Green Bay Packers in a variety of roles as a talent evaluator and strategic counselor to Packers leadership. In his initial season with the Packers, he collected his first Super Bowl championship when the team defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.

Council Member on the Freed-Hardeman University President’s Council and has shared his expertise as a guest lecturer in the Sports Marketing program at FreedHardeman and the Sports Administration program at his alma mater, Ohio University.

Throughout his experience with the Packers, he served as a pro and college scout; led strategy for unrestricted free agency and undrafted free agent processes; handled player contracts, salary cap administration, and roster management; and advised the General Manager and Executive Vice President of Football Operations on team needs in free agency and drafts, always with an eye on longterm vision. The Packers won the NFC North Division eight times and drafted 13 Pro Bowl Players during his tenure.

A native of Martins Ferry, Ohio, Brinker first entered the NFL in 2003 as an undrafted free agent running back with the New York Jets. He holds two degrees from Ohio University, including a master’s degree in sports administration, where he was a two-sport athlete and a two-time All-Mid-American Conference selection at running back. He was also selected as Ohio University’s Male Athlete of the Year in 2003.

Brinker also owns corporate business experience with two Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He serves as an Executive

Adolpho Birch is Senior Vice President and Chief External & League Affairs Officer for the Tennessee Titans. Birch is tasked with enhancing the team’s Community Impact footprint. He also serves a key role in the advancement of the New Nissan Stadium and overall development along the city’s East Bank. Prior to joining the Titans, Birch served as an advisor to Commissioners Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell, holding multiple senior-level roles during his 23-year tenure at the NFL. He oversaw the negotiation and enforcement of policies critical to the integrity of the game, in addition to the advancement of legislative efforts on key issues such as youth concussion prevention and treatment, the league’s tax status and the FCC’s blackout rule. Leading the NFL’s player engagement efforts, he focused on continuing education, financial education, career development and clinical assistance designed to support player and employee off-field success. Birch serves on several professional and philanthropic boards, including the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust; Sports Lawyers Association; Nashville Ballet; Partnership Tennessee; Tennessee Access to Justice Commission. He was named a ‘Best of the Bar’ honoree by the Nashville Business Journal for the past four consecutive years.

HALEY DAV I D S O N C H I E F O F S TA F F

Haley Davidson serves as Chief of Staff for the Tennessee Titans. Davidson oversees many facets of the organization, driving alignment across various workstreams and leading the Strategic Operations, Communications, and ONE Community teams. She also plays a key role in the planning, vision, strategy, and development for the New Nissan Stadium. Previously, Davidson spent more than a decade in strategic communications. Most recently, Davidson served as the Chief Operating Officer for Nashville-based consulting firm, Calvert Street Group, supporting many government affairs projects and large-scale development efforts throughout the city and state. Prior to her time at Calvert Street, she served as a communications aide for former U.S. Rep. Jim Cooper. Haley serves on the board of the Nashville Downtown Partnership.

Andrew joined the Tennessee Titans in July of 2024 as Senior Vice President of Technology & Innovation. Andrew is responsible for the Information Technology and Audio Visual & Broadcast Technology departments supporting the Titans, Nissan Stadium, Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park and the Titans House. Prior to joining the Titans, Andrew spent five years with the Vinik Sports Group (VSG) as Senior Vice President of Technology & Innovation. VSG creates world-class experiences that grow brands, drive revenue, and impact the Tampa community. It is the parent company of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Amalie Arena, Tampa Bay Entertainment Properties, and marketing rightsholder for University of South Florida Athletics and Yuengling Center. As the leader of Technology & Innovation practice, Andrew’s responsibilities include technology infrastructure & operations, audio visual & technical production, and software development. VSG leverages these competencies to support their operations throughout Tampa Bay. Before joining VSG, Andrew spent the previous eight years with the Chicago Cubs. Andrew was responsible for software development and system implementation for enterprise business applications as well as the technology infrastructure and operations across Wrigley Field and the Chicago campus, the spring training facility in Mesa AZ, and the training academy in the Dominican Republic. Andrew graduated from the University of Illinois UrbanaChampaign with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Shannon Myers is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Tennessee Titans. Myers oversees the financial operations, the Legal team, as well as the People and Culture team, which focuses on employee engagement and development and compensation administration, while ensuring the club prioritizes diversity,

equity, and inclusion. Myers also serves as the executive sponsor for the Titans Professional Women’s Network and the Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining the club, Myers worked in public accounting with Ernst & Young (EY) in Nashville for over 10 years. As an Assurance Senior Manager with EY, she advised clients on technical accounting issues, financial reporting requirements, process improvement opportunities, and strengthening internal controls. While at EY, she held several leadership roles including co-leading the Nashville Professional Women’s Network, founding/leading the Nashville Working Mom’s Network, and more. Myers also serves as a board member for the Adventure Science Center, as well as participates in its Development and Executive Committees.

ADAM NUSE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Adam Nuse is Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for the Tennessee Titans. Nuse leads many of the team’s revenue generating areas, including Ticketing, Titans House, and Client Services & Hospitality. He also serves a key role in the development and vision of the New Nissan Stadium. Prior to joining the Titans in 2021, Nuse spent five seasons as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Nashville Sounds, overseeing all day-to-day operations related to the organization. Under his leadership, the Sounds broke attendance records and were regularly recognized by industry publications as leaders in operational excellence and fan experience. In 2019, Baseball America awarded the Sounds with its prestigious Freitas Award in recognition of the club’s community involvement, long-term business success and consistent operational excellence. Nuse currently serves on the National Sports Forum Steering Committee, Nashville Sports Authority’s Women’s Professional Sports Committee, as well as the board of directors for Boy Scouts of America of Middle Tennessee, Wichita State University Barton School of Marketing, Western Kentucky University Sports Management, and the Bowling Green East Little League.

Erin Swartz serves as Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing for the Tennessee Titans. Overseeing the Creative, Marketing, Fan Engagement, and Cause Marketing teams, Erin leads the strategy and execution of the Titans’ brand vision across all fan touchpoints. She plays a central role in unifying the team’s identity locally in Tennessee and extending its presence across the NFL landscape. Before joining the Titans, Swartz built a successful career in brand and marketing within the NFL and broader entertainment industry. MIKE BORGONZI GENERAL MANAGER

Mike Borgonzi was named the 15th General Manager in franchise history on Jan. 17, 2025. Borgonzi arrived in Tennessee with 16 years of experience with the Kansas City Chiefs. During his final four seasons in Kansas City, he served as Assistant General Manager. “Mike’s experience speaks for itself: he has been part of the core team that delivered five AFC championships and three Super Bowls over the past six seasons,” said Titans Controlling Owner Amy Adams Strunk. “It’s the type of standard I want to build here in Tennessee. Vincent Marino is in his 19th season with the Titans and first as Senior Vice President of Football Administration in 2025. He originally joined the organization in 2007, as the Senior Director of Football Administration after spending 18 years at the NFL offices in New York. Marino’s primary responsibilities include the management of the Titans’ salary cap and player contract negotiations. He interacts closely with Titans President of Football Operations Chad Brinker and General Manager Mike Borgonzi on numerous football-related issues. Marino also serves as the Titans liaison with the NFL office regarding labor and contract issues, as well as player personnel matters. In 2014, he was selected to participate in the prestigious NFL’s Career Development Symposium at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia. Currently, he is a member of the NFL Player Insurance Trust; and additionally, he sits on the appeals panels for the NFL Player Tuition Assistance Plan and the NFL Severance Pay Plan. During his time with the NFL’s Management Council, Marino spent eight years in the Player Personnel Department (Analyst, 1990-95; Manager/Player Personnel, 1995-98) and eight years in Labor Operations (Sr. Manager of Labor

REGGIE MCKENZIE VICE PRESIDENT/ F O OT B A L L A DV I S O R

Reggie McKenzie enters his first season with the Titans as a Vice President/Football Advisor. McKenzie spent the past six seasons (2019–24) with the Miami Dolphins as Senior Personnel Executive, assisting General Manager Chris Grier and Assistant General Manager Marvin Allen in national college and pro scouting. In joining the Titans, McKenzie returns to his home state, where he was raised in Knoxville, was an all-state linebacker and valedictorian at Austin-East High School, and played linebacker at the University of Tennessee from 1981-84. McKenzie was inducted into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame in 2018. After a professional playing career that included time with

In his final role with the team, McKenzie oversaw Green Bay’s scouting efforts as well as evaluating current players and potential free agents, working closely with the head coach and general manager in day-to-day transactions and in preparation for the NFL Draft. During his time in Green Bay, the team earned eight division titles, three conference championships and two Super Bowls (XXXI and XLV), while totaling the second-best record (185-103) in the NFL over that period.

Defensive Player of the Year linebacker Khalil Mack (2014), quarterback Derek Carr (2014), and wide receiver Amari Cooper (2015), the latter two receiving three Pro Bowl honors, respectively, while under McKenzie. The Raiders also signed offensive tackle Donald Penn (2014) and offensive guard Kelechi Osemele (2016) in free agency during McKenzie’s tenure. The two veterans were each selected to the Pro Bowl in 2016 and 2017, with Osemele receiving first-team All-Pro honors in 2016.

In 2012, the Raiders hired McKenzie as General Manager, a role he maintained for seven seasons (2012-18). Oakland’s first general manager since Al Davis assumed the role in 1963, McKenzie was named the NFL’s Executive of the Year by Sporting News, The MMQB and the PFWA (Pro Football Writers Association) in 2016 as the Raiders posted a 12-4 record and their first playoff appearance in 14 years. McKenzie is married to June, a retired attorney. The couple has two daughters, Jasmin and Mahkayla, and two sons, Kahlil and Jalen. Kahlil attended Tennessee and was drafted by Kansas City in 2018 and Jalen attended Southern California and most recently played for Las Vegas in 2024. McKenzie’s twin brother, Raleigh, also played 16 seasons in the NFL and was inducted into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame alongside McKenzie in 2018.

Ziegler enters his first season as Assistant General Manager for the Titans after being hired in January 2025. Ziegler arrives in Tennessee with 15 years of NFL personnel experience. Ziegler broke into the NFL with the Denver Broncos in 2010. While in Denver, he assisted in the scouting and evaluation process of pro and college players, departing after the 2012 season as a pro scout. Ziegler then headed to the New England Patriots, where he was the Assistant Director of Pro Personnel (2013-15), Director of Pro Personnel (2016-19), Assistant Director of Player Personnel (2020) and Director of Player Personnel (2021). During his nine seasons (2013-21) with New England, the Patriots won seven division titles, advanced to six conference championship games and claimed three Super Bowl (XLIX, LI, LIII) titles. As General Manager in Las Vegas, Ziegler led the Raiders’ acquisition of wide receiver Davante Adams via trade with Green Bay during the 2022 offseason. That season, Adams was selected to the Pro Bowl and named firstteam All-Pro, finishing with 100 receptions for 1,516 yards

and a league-high 14 scores. In Ziegler’s first draft as general manager, the Raiders selected offensive guard Dylan Parham in the third round. Parham was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team after starting 17 games on an offensive line that helped Raiders running back Josh Jacobs lead the league with 1,653 rushing yards. Before entering the NFL, Ziegler enjoyed a high school and college coaching career with stops at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Ariz., as special teams coordinator, at Iona College as a wide receivers and special teams coach, and at his alma mater, John Carroll University, serving in the same role. A native of Tallmadge, Ohio, Ziegler was an accomplished wide receiver and returner at John Carroll University. NISSAN STADIUM A-Z GUIDE ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES Please visit our Accessibility page for more information. ALCOHOL POLICY Guests attending events at Nissan Stadium must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on property. Management reserves the right to check proof of age at any time. Violations of this alcohol policy may result in ejection and/or arrest. During Titans home games, alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the 3rd Quarter. For all other Nissan Stadium events, alcohol sales end 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. APPOINTMENTS If you are needing assistance or would like to make an appointment with your dedicated Membership Service Representative at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, please contact them directly or reach out to our office at 615-565-4200, option 1. Season Ticket Members must have a scheduled appointment with their dedicated Membership Service Representative to meet at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park. ATM MACHINES Nissan Stadium accepts credit card and mobile payment only at all vendors, concession stands, bars, parking and retail locations. We offer cash conversion inside the stadium at the reverse ATM behind section 124. AWAY GAME TICKETS AND TRAVEL PACKAGES Tickets for away games are not available for purchase through our Titans Ticket Office. Guests should contact the opponent club for ticket availability (please note, other teams may sell out prior to the opening of the season). Click here for the NFL Ticket Directory. If you are interested in a VIP travel package through NFL On Location, click here. You can also buy tickets to away games from other NFL season ticket holders and fans on NFL Ticket Exchange. Find tickets now. BAG POLICY We strongly encourage guests NOT to bring any type of bag to Nissan Stadium to expedite entry at the gates. If you need to bring personal items to the game, please familiarize yourself with our clear bag policy. Clear bags must be 12” x 12” x 6” or smaller. This includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon Ziploc bags, etc. Non-transparent bags, wallets and cases must not exceed 4.5” X 6.5” even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag. See diagram below. Please Note: Non-transparent bags (4.5” x 6.5” or smaller) are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates. The clear bag policy is in effect for ALL Nissan Stadium events. READ THE FULL CLEAR BAG POLICY STORAGE LOCKERS AVAILABLE Lockers for oversized bags and prohibited items not allowed into the stadium are available for rent outside of Gate 3 and Gate 9. Pricing starts at $10. No prohibited items will be accepted at the stadium gates for safekeeping. Please do not discard or hide prohibited items outside of the stadium gates and in the perimeter landscaping. All unattended items will be confiscated. BANNERS AND SIGNS Signs no larger than standard poster board (28” x 22”) are allowed in the stadium; however, they may not be affixed to any part of the stadium (railing, wall, etc.). Be sure the sign does not block the view of other patrons. Banners deemed objectionable will be removed and confiscated. Banners or flags on sticks or poles are strictly prohibited. During concerts and other non-sporting events, permissible

signage guidelines are subject to change based on artist and/ or management discretion. All updates will be communicated via www.nissanstadium.com or on the Nissan Stadium social channels. BICYCLE PARKING Bicycle parking is located across the street from gates 6 and 9. BINOCULARS Binoculars can be carried into the stadium, but please note, a binoculars case cannot be larger than 4.5” x 6.5” per the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. BLANKETS For cold and inclement weather, make sure you’re prepared. Blankets, jackets and coats are permissible. You are welcome to wear or carry these items as you approach the gate. Battery operated clothing is also permitted for entry. BOX OFFICE HOURS Nissan Stadium’s Ticket Office will only be available for walk up customer service on the day of an event. Please note the Box Office will be open 3 hours prior to an event start at Nissan Stadium. BROADCASTING SCHEDULE All Titans games can be heard on the Titans Radio Network in Nashville on its flagship station WGFX-FM (104.5). Out-of-town Titans preseason games can be seen on WKRN-TV (Channel 2). All Titans games, whether home or away, can be seen on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, or NFL Network affiliates. CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT Still cameras are permitted in Nissan Stadium; however, a camera cannot be carried into the stadium in its own bag. Professional sized zoom lenses over 6 “ are not permitted. Please note, cases cannot be larger than 4.5” x 6.5” per the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. Concerts and special events may have other restrictions or limitations on cameras and video devices. Please check www. nissanstadium.com for updates. VIEW STADIUM CARRY-IN POLICY DESIGNATED DRIVER Fans of legal drinking age holding a valid driver’s license are eligible to become “Designated Drivers.” In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game, and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of their group home, designated drivers will receive a token that can be redeemed at concession stands for free soft drinks during the game. The Designated Driver sign up is located inside Gate 7/8, near Section 128. Available during Tennessee Titans regular season home games only. DONATION REQUESTS Through the donation of autographed items for silent and live auctions, the Tennessee Titans are able to support the fundraising efforts of hundreds of local charities and community organizations each year. We make every effort to accommodate as many auction requests as possible, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee every donation request will be fulfilled. Please note all donation requests must be submitted online four (4) weeks prior to your event date and your organization must have a valid IRC 501(c)3 tax exempt number. DUPLICATE TICKETS SeatGeek is the only authorized ticketing partner of Nissan Stadium and the Tennessee Titans. The only authorized Titans ticket resale websites are SeatGeek and NFL Ticket Exchange. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized ticketing agent on the secondary market, you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets that may not gain stadium entry. The Nissan Stadium Ticket Office is only able to assist patrons who purchase from an authorized ticketing partner. For ticket solution day of game, please visit the ticket service windows behind section 108. Keep in mind – For Tennessee Titans games, all game tickets are mobile. If you should choose to purchase tickets from an unauthorized third party: • Stadium admission will be refused if tickets are invalid. • Lost or stolen tickets purchased through a third party will not be replaced by the Ticket Office. • Tickets can only be reissued to the ticket buyer of record with a valid photo I.D. • If there is an error with your tickets, you are responsible for contacting the third party. The Ticket Office will not contact third party vendors. • Nissan Stadium and the Tennessee Titans cannot refund any third-party tickets.

• Please note that CMA Festival and all Tennessee State University games utilize Ticketmaster as their primary ticketing provider. EJECTION Nissan Stadium reserves the right to eject or to refuse admission to any persons whose behavior is or becomes unruly, or who use vulgar language or who participate in conduct that is a nuisance or is illegal. Such persons will have their tickets confiscated without refund and will be escorted from Nissan Stadium property. Repeated offenses by the same ticket holder may result in cancellation of season tickets and PSLs. Each ticket (or credential) is a limited revocable license, which may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Titans. All licenses are subject to rules and regulations of the Titans and the National Football League (“NFL”). A ticket may be revoked, and the ticket holder may be ejected from the stadium for failure to meet payment deadlines, disorderly conduct, or violation of laws or rules. License information is printed on the back of each ticket. VIEW FAN CONDUCT POLICY ELEVATORS Suite & Club Access For East Club and Suite Access, please visit the elevators behind Section 108. For West Club and West Suite Access, please visit the elevators behind Section 139. 300-Level Access There are two banks of elevators to service the 300 levels. For Sections 303-321 please use the East Express elevators located behind Section 120. For Sections 326-344, please use the West Express elevators behind Section 128. VIEW STADIUM MAP EMERGENCY EVACUATION All Nissan Stadium staff have been trained for proper procedures should an emergency evacuation be necessary. Appropriate emergency information will be displayed on the scoreboard and/ or announced over the public address system. In the event Nissan Stadium elevators become inoperable, the ramps will serve as exit points (ushers and other security personnel will aid should anyone need it). As Nissan Stadium returns to full capacity, we remain focused on keeping Nissan Stadium ready for guests as they return to our gates. Our Safe Stadium Plan features enhanced sanitation procedures, a more touchless experience through mobile ticketing turnstiles and bathroom fixtures, over 400 hand sanitizing stations throughout the stadium and several other health and safety protocols. Gray Line Game Day Shuttle Make your game day simple and stress-free with the Gray Line Tennessee Game Day Shuttle. Enjoy an easy, comfortable ride straight to Nissan Stadium without the hassle of traffic. Convenient, reliable, and designed to get you there on time so you can relax and focus on cheering for the Titans. Shuttles run nonstop, starting 90 minutes before kickoff and will begin running again at halftime, up until 1 hour after the game ends. Tickets are $20 per person, roundtrip. Your receipt is your ticket. Cash is not accepted for this service, but QR codes will be available for fans to purchase on-site and in parking lots. Purchasing shuttle tickets does not guarantee a parking space or parking availability on gameday. Please purchase tickets at your own discretion. Purchase Gray Line Tennessee Game Day Shuttle Tickets The Titans Express The Titans Express is a football fan’s most convenient and comfortable ride to and from games all season long. Service begins in Lebanon with stops in Hamilton Springs, Martha, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, and Donelson before arriving in downtown Nashville. Only 650 tickets are available for each game. Round-trip tickets cost $15. Children age 4 and younger will not need a ticket to board; however, they are required to sit in a parent’s lap.

Your tailgate may not extend into another space. • Do not block parking access or obstruct a roadway at any time. • Management reserves the right to limit or restrict tailgating. • You may not save parking spaces. • Numbered spaces in grassy areas are parking spots for vehicles, not additional tailgating space. • Used designated trash cans and receptacles. • Televisions, radios and other music playing devices are permitted in and directly behind the parking space in which your vehicle is parked. Please be aware of the volume and your neighbors’ tailgating experience. • Tents may not be staked into the ground. Weights only. • Hot coals should be extinguished and disposed in the coal bibs/ dumpsters located throughout the parking lots. Propane grills are not permitted. • Parking attendants and security staff will monitor tailgate activities and assist fans. If you have an issue in the lot, please report immediately. • All tailgating in stadium/club-controlled parking lots should cease at kick-off, except for stadium/club sponsored tailgate activities.
