HOUSE RULES PT. 1 OF 3 Our house rules apply to everyone within our Tenhouse Community, and is meant to keep our Tenhouse team, Tenhouse renters and all Tenhouse guests in our space safe, secure, and well.

We kindly ask that you keep these in mind when visiting Tenhouse — Please be kind to everyone in the space.

This is an inclusive and intergenerational community.

All are welcome. Animals Included.

Anyone, animals Included who make any guests uncomfortable or disrupt the cleanliness of the space will be asked to leave after 1 warning.

We have filled our space with things that we love and wish to share with you.

Please be kind and mindful of the space and leave all small Items seen In the space and for use of our guests as these Items are intended to be shared and shared within the space only. If you would like an Item that you see, we could consider selling It to you or offering a similar Item with request of a donation to our nonprofit.

Use of fire and aerial productions on premises will need to be reviewed and approval from Tenhouse management.

HOUSE RULES PT. 2 OF 3 Please be considerate of our neighbors when arriving and departing.

Be aware and cautious when parking. Do not wander the alleyways alone at night.

We encourage the buddy system and parking and walking In well lit areas.

We are at not responsible for lost or stolen items We reserve the right to ask Tenhouse Renters to leave if we find they have disregarded any of the above rules or if we find they are being disrespectful to the space and / or anyone at Tenhouse, including our Tenhouse team or other Tenhouse guests.

Absolutely no one under 21 years of age if alcohol is present No smoking inside the space.

Smoking is permitted in the Outdoor Patio Space Only.

No X-Rated Events Allowed.

No Exceptions or Negotiations.

All guests must abide by basic reasonable code of conduct No holes in walls or structures of any kind are permitted (screws, nails etc...)

No tape or adhesive that leaves a mark or residue is allowed No moving Tenhouse furniture or Tenhouse equipment as this needs to be discussed prior to renting the space.

HOUSE RULES PT. 3 OF 3 Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up.

All materials a Tenhouse Renter(s) / Guest(s) bring to the studio, must leave with you.

Event insurance and a damage deposit may be required depending on the type of event, length of time of rental agreement and capacity.

We require that Tenhouse Guests notify us of any damage.

A walk-through is required at the Beginning AND End of all bookings.

We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items.

Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use and can be hung with Scotch tape or 3M Command Strips.

Regarding All Security Cameras and Recording Devices: We have a simple security camera system located in our Tenhouse Common Areas.

This is solely for the purpose of maintaining a safe environment for our Tenhouse site and Tenhouse team.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

CLEANING MEASURES The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning Tenhouse provides the following as all Peerspace Hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
