In late 2022, CoStar and Ten-X made a strong commitment to the Colorado market by onboarding James von Kreuter and Marjorie Patton as dedicated Ten-X sales executives to the Mountain Region, with primary focus to Colorado. In 2022, the team supported CBRE, Newmark and Column Commercial Partners in creating markets that resulted in successfully closing four transactions totaling over $36M in value.

We are pleased to see the strong growth in our pipeline in Colorado as James and Marjorie continue to develop relationships with brokers, sellers, and buyers.

THROUGH TEN-X, WE FOUND THE MASSIVE EXPOSURE WE DESIRED AND MY CLIENTS WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY QUALIFIED BUYERS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
