Her new book is a story of secrets, friendship, and betrayal about two young women at Vassar in the years after World War II, a powerful and moving tale of prejudice and pride that echoes the cultural and social issues of today.

Internationally acclaimed artists, violinist Yulia Ziskel and pianist Anna Vinnitsky, formed a deep friendship and artistic partnership amidst the vibrant cultural scene of New York City. Their collaboration has flourished into a dynamic duo, marked by a series of impactful recordings and captivating performances.

Each performance offers a journey through both classic repertoire and evocative Jewish and Israeli compositions resonating powerfully with audiences around the globe.

This afternoon they will present music by Mozart, Beethoven, Bloch, Paganini, and a premiere of a violin rendition of Anna Vinnitsky’s Klezmer Dances.
