Phil Beuth is a local community leader, author, former Entertainment Executive of ABC TV, President of Good Morning America, advocate for AIDS awareness and currently a Senior Board member of the Guadalupe Center. An Emmy Award winner, he has been named to two Broadcasting Halls of Fame. Funding scholarship grants at Guadalupe Center and at the Naples Press Club, Mr. Beuth has inspired many to believe in the American dream. For his commitment to community service, Mr. Beuth is being honored with the Temple Shalom Award for Social Justice during “We Are One: A Musical Celebration.�

About the evening A unique and inspirational musical program highlighting solidarity, brotherhood, unity and the spirit of America has been created exclusively for Temple Shalom. The 90-minute show will feature professional New York entertainers, outstanding local talent, excerpts from documents read by prominent locals, and the presentation of the Temple Shalom Social Justice Award. All sponsors are invited to a lavish dessert reception with the cast following the show. All Pearl, Opal, Ruby, Sapphire, and Diamond sponsors are also invited to an intimate, elegant salon dinner on Saturday, March 10, where professional entertainers will perform their signature songs and Broadway favorites.
