Honoring Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills' Work with Imagine LA Friday, September 23 Service (Dinner to Follow): 6:15 pm, Corwin Family Sanctuary Temple Emanuel is proud to celebrate our work with Imagine LA — an organization that helps transition families out of homelessness. Over the past two years, a team of Temple Emanuel members has mentored an extraordinary family. In this special Shabbat Spark we will celebrate their graduation from the Imagine LA program and thank our members who helped support them. Join us for this Shabbat service that features our Soul Singers, the youth choir that helps lead the congregation through services. Community dinner to follow in Greer Social Hall. Join us this Simchat Torah as we celebrate Rabbi Jonathan Aaron's installation as senior rabbi of Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills. With an evening of rejoicing over the Torah, baby blessings, dancing, dinner, and special musical guest Mostly Kosher, this event will be a wonderful way to celebrate with Rabbi Aaron and the Temple Emanuel community.
The High Holy Days are on the way and this year's theme is love. We are excited that love will be our guiding principle throughout the entire year. Early Childhood Center Starting at two years and two months
Our Temple Emanuel Early Childhood Center provides children with a nurturing Jewish environment designed to stimulate curiosity, learning, and imagination. We offer a broad range of activities carefully designed for preschoolers and work closely with parents to maximize the unique potential of each child. NAEYC Accredited Our Early Childhood Center program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Only 8 percent of early childhood center programs nationally are NAEYC accredited. 2016-2017 Registration Our registration for this upcoming school year 2016-2017 is coming to a close. PASSPORT
Our Religious School is focused on building a confident Jewish identity. We believe that participating in Judaism is better than learning about Judaism. Our Religious School approach is unique; we create an experiential problembased, “camp-style” environment, where all students are engaged in “Living Judaism.”
The PASSPORT program meets the needs of our teens; this program is a chance to build on their Jewish identities and culminates in an incredible travel experience. Temple Emanuel’s one-of-a-kind leadership development program is designed as a creative, fun experience for teens to enrich their preparation for college and the bright futures ahead of them.”
