There’s something special about fall in Temecula Valley. The days begin to cool, vineyards come alive with harvest, kids head back to school, and weekends become the perfect time for family adventures. Harvest season is here, and there’s plenty to celebrate right in

our own backyard. From vineyard sunsets and hot air balloons drifting across the Valley to pumpkin patches, fall festivals and Halloween fun, September sets the stage for a season filled with local memories. September is also Wine Month, when local wineries celebrate

with special tastings, vineyard tours, live entertainment, culinary experiences and harvest-inspired events. And yes, families can enjoy Wine Country, too! We’ve rounded up some of our favorite kid-friendly wineries where parents can enjoy the

scenery while kids enjoy outdoor spaces, seasonal activities, food and more. Parent tip: As always, check individual winery policies before visiting, as kid-friendly areas and hours may vary.

Our mission is to highlight experiences—support local businesses, share family-friendly activities, and celebrate the incredible people who make this community thrive. Everything we share is thoughtfully curated with local families in mind—so you can spend less time searching and more time making
