Carissimi,

gli ultimi tre anni sono stati complicati e impegnativi, per le persone, per le aziende, per le amministrazioni pubbliche, per le associazioni di volontariato. Nessuno escluso.

Tutti direttamente o indirettamente coinvolti con la pandemia, con l’inflazione, con la difficoltà al reperimento di materiali e servizi, con gli aumenti incontrollati dei costi energetici (gas ed elettricità) e del costo del denaro. Ma è il conflitto tra la Russia e l’Ucraina, iniziato da oltre un anno, il pensiero costante che ci addolora e ci commuove pensando ai tanti bambini, ai feriti innocenti, ed alle tante persone cadute in guerra o a quelle che vivono in situazioni estreme.

L’augurio sentito e condiviso è che il conflitto possa vedere la parola fine in tempi rapidi e che le popolazioni e i territori coinvolti tornino alla normalità.

Il “report di sostenibilità” allegato alla presente, rendiconta i principali dati ed attività dell’azienda relativi all’anno 2022 ed è stato redatto in modo semplice, sintetico e completo, pur non rispettando la forma degli anni precedenti.

L’esercizio presenta un incremento dei ricavi di vendita ed un risultato netto positivo, anche se inferiore a quello dell’anno precedente, per l’incremento delle materie prime e dei componenti e per i costi energetici. Giorno dopo giorno per tutto l’anno tutte le persone dell’azienda si sono impegnate per soddisfare al meglio la clientela e per mantenere in equilibrio la gestione economica.

Ringrazio tutte le persone che lavorano in azienda, per la collaborazione e per l’impegno. Un sentito grazie di cuore a tutti i clienti e ai fornitori per la fiducia accordata e per la spinta forte a migliorare sempre, giorno dopo giorno.

Nel 2023 l’azienda celebra i 70 anni dalla fondazione e questo momento ci deve vedere orgogliosi dello sviluppo dell’azienda e dei risultati, ricordando il fondatore Roberto Lancellotti a 5 anni dalla sua morte, sempre con noi, nei nostri cuori e nei nostri pensieri.

Dear colleagues and friends, the last three years have been complicated and demanding, for people, for companies, for public administrations, for voluntary associations. None excluded.

All of us have been directly or indirectly involved with pandemic, inflation, difficulties in the supply chain, with uncontrolled increases in energy costs (gas and power) as well as in cost of money. But our constant thought that pains and moves us all goes to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which began over a year ago, involving all the children and innocent people who have been wounded and fallen in this war and to those who live in extremely difficult situations.

Our heartfelt and shared wish is that the war might quickly come to an end and that people and territories involved can return to a normal life.

The “Sustainability report” attached hereto summarises the company’s main data and activities for the year 2022. It has been drawn up in a simple, concise and complete way, even if the form is different from that in use during previous years.

Year 2022 shows an increase in sales revenues and a positive net result, albeit lower than the previous year, due to the increase in raw materials, components and energy costs. Day after day throughout the year, all people in the company have worked hard to satisfy customers and keep economic management in balance.

I thank all the people who work in Tellure Rôta for their collaboration and commitment. A heartfelt thanks to all customers and suppliers for the trust and for the strong drive to always improve, day after day.

In 2023 the company celebrates 70 years since its foundation. On this occasion, we are proud of the company’s development and results, remembering the founder Roberto Lancellotti 5 years after his death; he is always with us, in our hearts and in our thoughts .

Il 2022 in sintesi / 2022 in summary

Fatturato

Tellure Rota ha consuntivato un fatturato di 34.285.229, il +4,4 % rispetto all’anno precedente, caratterizzato da un 1° semestre molto positivo e da una seconda parte dell’anno in rallentamento.

I continui aumenti dei costi delle materie prime, dei servizi e dei costi energetici sono stati solo in parte recuperati dagli aumenti dei prezzi.

La gamma prodotti a catalogo è stata sviluppata e sono stati forniti oltre 200 prodotti speciali studiati per esigenze specifiche.

Lo sviluppo commerciale ha comportato l’acquisizione di nuovi e significativi clienti che si affiancano ai clienti storici con acquisti ricorrenti.

Le perfomance di servizio sono migliorate con una riduzione dei reclami e del numero degli accrediti.

Risultati Economici e finanziari

La marginalità netta è diminuita per la forte ed imprevista inflazione su tutti i fattori di acquisto e di produzione, con un decremento del risultato ante imposte pari al 44,60%..

La posizione finanziaria netta è diminuita per l’incremento dei fattori di acquisto ma tutti gli indicatori della struttura finanziaria sono positivi evidenziando equilibrio della struttura patrimoniale della società e una solidità finanziaria.

Produzione e distribuzione del valore aggiunto

I dati del Valore Aggiunto risentono dell’incremento dei prezzi delle materie prime e dei fattori energetici che hanno portato nel 2022 ad una diminuzione del valore aggiunto del 8% circa rispetto al 2021, con una ripartizione del Valore Aggiunto invariata rispetto all’anno precedente.

Investimenti

Nel 2022 gli investimenti effettuati sono focalizzati al miglioramento della struttura produttiva, in particolare implementazione di modifiche agli impianti automatici preesistenti, per aumentare sicurezza/qualità e produttività, oltre ad attrezzature varie di produzione. Il valore degli investimenti è stato di Euro 519.354 pari al 1,5% del fatturato, oltre ad investimenti per Euro 465.645 di macchine automatiche in consegna 2023.

Turnover

Tellure Rota reported a turnover of 34,285,229 €., +4.4% compared to 2022, with a very positive first half and a generic slowdown in the second half of the year.

The continuous increases in the costs of raw materials, services and energy were only partially compensated by the price increases that we have applied.

The range of products in the catalogue has been increased and over 200 special products have been designed for specific customer needs.

Development in sales area has led to the acquisition of new and significant customers who join the historical customers with regular orders.

Service performance has been improved, leading to a reduction of complaints and credit notes to customers.

Economic and financial results

The net margin decreased due to the strong and unexpected inflation on all purchasing and production factors. The decrease in pre-tax result was of 44.60%.

The net financial position decreased due to the increase in purchasing factors, but all indicators of the financial structure are positive, highlighting a balance in the company’s asset structure and a financial solidity.

Production and distribution of the Added Value

The Added Value data have been affected by the increase in the prices of raw materials and energy. These led in 2022 to a 8% decrease in the Added Value compared to 2021. The breakdown of the Added Value remained unchanged compared to the previous year.

Investments

In 2022 investments have been focused on improving the production structure, on the implementation of changes to the existing automatic systems, in order to increase safety, quality and productivity, as well as on various production equipment. The value of the investments was Euro 519,354, equal to 1.5% of the turnover, in addition to investments for

Personale

Il personale al 31/12/2022 è di 159 unità (98% dei quali con contratto a tempo indeterminato) oltre a 11 persone interinali.

Il dato dell’assenteismo è peggiorato rispetto all’anno 2021 (8,1% del 2022 contro 6,4 del 2021), per malattie gravi e di lungo corso, e alle assenze per maternità.

Anche nel corso del 2022 la priorità è stata la sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro per la salvaguardia di tutti i dipendenti e collaboratori Tellure Rôta. Si è proceduto, dietro la scia delle procedure messe in atto nel corso degli anni della pandemia Covid-19, ad aggiornare continuamente i protocolli specifici per mantenere il corretto distanziamento sociale e la sanificazione delle postazioni di lavoro adeguandosi a tutti i provvedimenti normativi emessi dalle istituzioni per contenere al minimo il rischio di diffusione del virus.

La formazione nel corso del 2022 si è svolta prevalentemente in aula, privilegiando, ove possibile la formazione e-learning, anche per il rispetto del contenimento Covid 19. Nell’anno 2022 si sono consuntivate 1.956 ore di formazione che, oltre ai temi sulla sicurezza e ai vari argomenti specifici per ogni ente, ha continuato il percorso intrapreso a Novembre 2021 di un corso per migliorare l’organizzazione aziendale che ha consuntivato 680 ore di formazione.

Nel mese di Giugno 2022 è stato erogato ad ogni dipendente il premio aziendale di € 1.286,34 relativo all’anno 2021, terzo anno del quadriennio del nuovo contratto aziendale. Come per il 2021 anche per il 2022 è stata attivata la piattaforma Welfare Tellure Rôta in cui è sato possibile utilizzare sia l’importo welfare previsto dal CCNL Federmeccanica Industria che il valore del premio aziendale, per chi ha optato per la conversione in Welfare.

Per far fronte al rincaro dei costi energetici nel mese di Dicembre sono stati erogati a tutti i dipendenti Eur 200,00 come bonus benzina.

A dicembre 2022, pur nel rispetto delle norme di contrasto contenimento dell’emergenza epidemiologica Covid-19, tutti i dipendenti si sono incontrati per uno scambio di auguri di Natale e per ringraziare le persone che hanno raggiunto i 25 anni di lavoro con la società, in particolare l’Ing. Mercalli Giorgio, Direttore Generale, la Sig.ra Lo Caiolo Daniela ed il Sig. El Ouahabi Mohamed.

Employees

The staff at 31/12/2022 is 159 units (98% of whom with permanent contracts) in addition to 11 temporary workers. The absenteeism figure has worsened compared to 2021 (8.1% in 2022 against 6.4 in 2021), due to serious and longterm illnesses events and maternity leaves.

Once again in 2022, the priority was safety in the workplace for the protection of all Tellure Rôta employees and cooperators. Regarding Covid-19 pandemic, specific protocols have been continuously updated to maintain correct social distancing and sanitization of workstations, with the aims of adapting to all regulatory provisions issued by the institutions and minimizing the risk of spreading the virus.

Training during 2022 took place mainly in the classroom; whenever not possible, also e-learning training have been used. In 2022, 1,956 hours of training were completed which, in addition to safety issues and to the various specific topics for each department, continued the path undertaken in November 2021 to improve the company organization (with 680 hours of training on this issue).

In June 2022, the company bonus for year 2021 of € 1,286.34 was paid to each employee. As for 2021, also for 2022 the Welfare Tellure Rôta platform has been activated, in which it has been possible to use both the welfare amount envisaged by the Federmeccanica Industria CCNL and the value of the company bonus, for those who opted for conversion to welfare.

In order to cope with the increase in energy costs, in December, to all employees were paid EUR 200.00 as petrol bonus.

In December 2022, while respecting the rules for contrasting the containment of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, all employees met to exchange Christmas greetings and to thank the people who have reached 25 years of work with the company, in particular Eng. Mercalli Giorgio, General Manager, Mrs. Lo Caiolo Daniela and Mr. El Ouahabi Mohamed.

Comunicazione

L’azienda ha presentato i nuovi prodotti alla fiera INTRALOGISTICA (Milano 3-6 Maggio) ed ha partecipato in collaborazione con alcuni distributori a fiere del settore locali.

Nel 2022 si è completato il processo di rinnovamento dell’immagine aziendale coordinata con le presentazioni aziendali dedicate a specifici settori applicativi. Ogni nuovo strumento realizzato è stato pensato per essere fruibile anche in digitale ed utilizzabile per videoconferenze ed incontri di formazione.

Nel corso dell’anno sono stati aggiornati i cataloghi generali in Italiano e Inglese, con l’introduzione di nuovi prodotti, il minicatalogo transpallet ed alcuni minicataloghi personalizzati per i clienti.

Sono state organizzate due riunioni da remoto con gli agenti Italia per condividere le tematiche commerciali, lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e gli aggiornamenti delle attività aziendali.

Progetti Educazione

• Partecipazione a giornata “Alternanza Scuola Lavoro” presso istituto F. Corni per progetto di Confindustria Emilia.

• Collaborazione con Fondazione dell’ITS Maker per sviluppo offerta formativa.

• Stage aziendale ad uno studente al primo anno dell’ITS Maker per il corso “Tecnico superiore in progettazione meccanica e materiali”.

• Partecipazione ad iniziativa “Orientamento scolastico Aziende a Scuola” in collaborazione con il Comune di Formigine con visita in azienda classe seconda media di Casinalbo.

• Sostegno e partecipazione all’evento dell’Inaugurazione del Laboratorio Meccatronica dell’Istituto Tecnico Fermo Corni di Modena

Comunication

The company presented its new products at the INTRALOGISTICA fair (Milan 3-6 May) and participated in collaboration with some distributors to local fairs.

In 2022, the corporate image renewal process was completed, with company presentations dedicated to specific application sectors. Each new tool created has been designed to be usable also in digital form, for videoconferences and training meetings.

During the year, the general catalogues in Italian and English have been updated, with the introduction of new products, additionally were updated also the pallet-truck short-catalogue and some customized short-catalogues for customers.

Two video-meetings were organized with the Italian agents to share commercial issues, the development of new products and some updates on company activities.

Community engagement

Education projects

• Participation in the “Alternanza Scuola Lavoro” (“SchoolWork Exchange”) day at the F. Corni institute for a project by Confindustria Emilia.

• Collaboration with the ITS Maker Foundation for the development of training offers.

• Internship for a first-year student of ITS Maker for the “Higher Technician in Mechanical and Materials Design” course.

•  Participation in the initiative “School orientationCompanies at School” in collaboration with the Municipality of Formigine with a visit to the middle school in Casinalbo.

• Support and participation in the event of the Inauguration of the Mechatronics Laboratory of the Fermo Corni Technical Institute of Modena.

Progetti Enti no-profit

• Sostegno per realizzazione del “Festival dello Sviluppo Sostenibile 2022” promosso dall’Associazione Aziende Modenesi per la RSI.

• Sostegno all’Associazione di volontariato Porta Aperta per aprire studio odontoiatrico.

• Partecipazione all’iniziativa promossa da Confindustria e Organizzazioni Sindacali per raccolta fondi sia da parte dei dipendenti che da parte dell’azienda, a favore della popolazione ucraina.

• Donazione ruote alla Parrocchia di Formigine per l’Oratorio Don Bosco per la realizzazione di carrelli.

Progetti con Amministrazione comunale Formigine

• Partecipazione attiva come socio fondatore progetto “Hub Ca-Bella - Centro di Formazione TecnologicaCompetenze in rete”.

• Adesione insieme ad altre aziende della strada al Comitato/Gruppo spontaneo “Adozione di Via Aldo Moro” per la gestione dell’area verde sita in Formigine Via Aldo Moro.

• Support for the creation of the “Sustainable Development Festival 2022” promoted by the Association of Modenese Companies for CSR.

• Support to the Porta Aperta voluntary association to support the dental practice.

• Participation in the initiative promoted by Confindustria and trade union organizations for a contribution, both by employees and by the company, in favor of the Ukrainian population.

• Donation of wheels to the Parish of Formigine for the Don Bosco Oratory for the construction of trolleys.
