Good evening and welcome to tonight's game versus the Swindon Wildcats, the second game of the weekend after travelling to Leeds on Saturday evening They don't come much tougher than this for a weekend, two teams that we've struggled against this season and last so this will be a real challenge for us and require us to be at a best for three periods both games.
Saturday saw us in a roller coaster on the ice and on the bus journey en route and the return journey home!
A big win for us after coming from behind once again to tie it up and win it in the shootout. Brad made some big saves once again and we probably hit 3 or 4 posts this evening but we found a way and showed plenty of resilience and character once again.
Sunday vs the Steeldogs, for two periods I think we managed the game very well, played solid defensively, moved the puck well and created a number of good chances I would hope to be capitalising on at least two or three of those. Heading into the third tied at two two I thought we were in a good spot but we didn’t manage to generate any quality offence I felt we let those two points slip
