Good evening and welcome to tonight’s game versus The Steeldogs After a long road trip to Solway last night and a late night return to Telford we need to be sure to get a good warm up and get our legs going to ensure we start the game on time
Last weekend saw us pick up four points against two teams in the top four of the league We had two very good team performances Saturday we were able to lead and play with the lead throughout the game and Sunday was a character performance coming from behind and taking the points in overtime We grew into the game and from the second period onwards into overtime I think we outplayed a very good team
We are managing several niggling injuries right now and most guys are struggling with something but nothing to keep anyone off the ice with the exception of Joe nursing a lower body injury (3-4 weeks) & Lucas upper body injury (indefinite)

This weekend, Telford Tigers face two tough matchups First, they travel north to take on the Solway Sharks, a team always resilient on home ice On Sunday, Tigers return to Telford Ice Rink to host the Sheffield Steeldogs in what promises to be an intense battle With important points at stake, the team will need the fans’ support to keep the momentum going.
