Hi Everyone!
Hope your looking forward to today’s matchups for both our NIHL side as well as our Tigers 2 boys who are on the road.
Both sides have undergone some change from last season and are both progressing on & off the ice nicely Our NIHL side has seen the performances improve every night and are, in my opinion, unlucky to not have 2 wins on the board from both home games
Especially last weekend, pushing the perennial & defending back to back league Champions to the final minutes! we were unfortunately not to come away with something and are hungry ahead of a trip to Solway & a home match up with the Bees to put some points on the board. The team is coming together and the details are getting sharper which can only mean good things are on the horizon
As for the Tigers 2 group, coaches Andy Watt & Tom Lauder have the team off to a hot start taking home the maximum points so far A nice mix of experience and youth have the group putting together some really solid performances regardless of score line and the emergence of some local junior products has people excited again The boys are away this weekend at Bradford looking to continue to build on their solid start but know that they can't take anything for granted and need to continue to focus on the process in order for the run of form to continue.
