Macquarie University Incubator in Sydney, Australia
An educational project for a university where the architects collaborated with the project consultants & contractor for delivering a high degree of design resolution, using 3D BIM models. Accuracy was essential for the project to ensure that the building modules were completely synchronized before getting transported & installed. The Incubator building was shortlisted for international recognition in Amsterdam at the World Architecture Festival in the Higher Education & Research category.
International Youth Cultural Centre in Nanjing, China The centre is the first complete top-down/bottom-up tower building in China - beginning at the street level and building upwards & downwards. It is built just in 34 months using 3D digital BIM technology as well as design & construction management techniq ue for reducing the on-site program from 1 year to 18 months. The construction of the skyscraper started in 2012 & completed in 2015.

Enseada House in Brazil A breezy vacation home in Brazil designed by Arquitetura Nacional in 2015 for a young family. The design & construction of the project were executed in less than a year within a tight schedule using BIM tool. After the creation of conceptual design, a phase of preliminary detailing was started, where all materials & suppliers were demarcated and all probable interactions were analysed in depth. As a result, when the project was executed, there were no substantial changes compromising the initial schedule.
Central Taiwan Innovation Campus in Nantou County, Taiwan The building lifecycle of the project has been considered for the basis of the operational management, which is determined on the basis of demand, design, and attributes of every construction space since the commencement of the planning phase. National Library of Sejong City in Seoul, South Korea Key structural elements like slab, columns, & cores were created with Building Information Modeling to confirm the feasibility of the desired programs and constructability. BIM delivered preconstruction simulations of interoperability amongst various disciplines & manufacturing of unique panels & curtain wall systems necessary to the unique geometry of the project.
