Village of South Gifford Remains Incorporated Since 1905 The Village of South Gifford Council Members and Village Clerk, Mrs. Donna Gash Gray, would like to express their appreciation to the residents for their support in the recent Special Election. A sixty percent majority vote was needed to defeat an attempt to disincorporate the Village. The election became an unnecessary and costly expense to the taxpayers of the Village.
