Onshore Technology Services Opens New Technology Center The company announced the opening of a new expansion site in Macon Onshore Technology Services today announced the opening of a new expansion site at the former MODot building in Macon, Missouri. The office will serve as a rural delivery center, providing advanced information technology (IT) services to Onshore’s Fortune 500 clients across America. “We continue to see strong demand for our services from companies seeking the stability and cost advantages of our rural workforce,” says Onshore’s Chairman/CEO, Shane Mayes, “This provides us with a unique and timely opportunity to repatriate IT jobs that would otherwise be shipped offshore to foreign countries like India and China.” This expansion comes on the heels of Onshore’s recent retrofit of what was formerly LongBranch Restaurant which will continue to serve as Onshore’s corporate headquarters. Since November, the company has already hired 14 new people. Onshore’s lease of the MODot building provides additional space to accommodate future growth. The company will train 15 new candidates this month and is currently accepting applications for a next round of training, which is to begin in March or early April. Over the next several years, the company expects to hire several hundred employees in Macon, literally transforming the economic underpinning of the town from its current agricultural and manufacturing base, to that of an IT service exporter powered by highly skilled thought workers. Conceived by Mayes in late 2004, Onshore uses an innovative workforce development and service delivery model to provide information technology services from its rural technology centers located in Macon and Joplin Missouri. The company has realized double-digit growth since it opened its first office in Macon, Missouri in 2005. “Our greatest accomplishment is evidenced as a series of quantum leaps, which have been made

by our employees,” says Mayes. “Each employee of Onshore is constantly challenged to do things that, in any other environment, would be considered impossible.
