TECNOTOP 2C white

It obtains 105% SRI (solar reflectance), a higher value than would be obtained with a theoretical pure white.

laboratories have resulted in an SRI of 105%, a higher result than would be obtained with a theoretical pure white.

The Solar Reflectance Index ( SRI ) is the scale that measures the ability of a roof to reject solar heat and is manifested by a small temperature rise. Based on this exceptional result, we may conclude that TECNOTOP 2C white is a perfect coating to be used as a final finish on all types of roofs and elements exposed to the sun, especially if used as a protective coating for waterproofing membranes or floorings.

The SRI scale ranges from 0 to 100, where 0 corresponds to the value that absorbs the most heat (e.g. a tar roof) and 100 the most reflective or least heat-radiating value.

The latest tests carried out on white TECNOTOP 2C by the Enzo Ferrari Engineering Department of the EELab Sustainability, energy saving and the use of passive solutions for thermal control are becoming increasingly essential aspects in the design of projects, which is why the use of solutions such as white TECNOTOP 2C is becoming more frequent and widespread.
