TheSkywardSISteamplayedanimportantroleinthespringPre-K enrollmenteventthathelpedparentsenrollstudentsforthenewCalhoun EarlyChildhoodSchool. Theypreparednewstudentonlineenrollment proceduresearlierthanpreviousyearssothateventscouldbeginearlyin April
Theyquicklyfollowedupwithconfigurationsforreturningstudent registrationforthe23-24schoolyear Setupswerepreparedtoenablesix locationstokickoffsummerschoolatthebeginningofJune.
OnJuly17,planningwillbeginforthemigrationoftheStudentInformation SystemtotheQplatforminthesummerof2024.

Ourtwobusinessanalysts,MattandBrittany,haveworkedtirelesslyoverthe pastyeartobuildanewERPsystemthatwillservethedistrictformanyyears tocome.Theyhavebeeninstrumentalinthemonumentaltaskthatisbringing onanewERPsystem.
Notonlyhavetheydiligentlyworkedoncollectingandanalyzingallofthe informationcontainedinAscender,sharedworksheets,Laserficheprocesses, andothertoolsthatwehaveleveragedtoconductschoolbusiness(whichis nosmallfeatinitself),buthavebeeninstrumentalintheprojectmanagement ofthismigration.
