NO. 10 TEXAS TECH RETURNS TO JOHN WALKER COMPLEX Texas Tech returns to the John Walker Soccer Complex this weekend as the 10th-ranked Red Raiders host Sam Houston State at 7 p.m. Friday evening and Portland State at 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon. The two contests will begin a stretch where the Red Raiders will play three of their next four matches at home. Tech enters the weekend off to a 3-0 start for the third-consecutive season and the fourth time in the past five seasons.

RED RAIDERS TOP NO. 11 NOTRE DAME ON THE ROAD Texas Tech recorded one of the more high-profile victories of the Tom Stone era last Friday when the Red Raiders went on the road to defeat then-No. 11 Notre Dame, 2-1, at a packed Alumni Stadium. Tech trailed 1-0 heading into halftime before responding with two goals within the first 90 second of the second half. Hannah Devine knocked in her second goal of the season just 55 seconds following the break which was followed shortly after by a Janine Beckie goal off a Notre Dame turnover. The Fighting Irish were the highest-ranked team Tech has ever defeated on the road as the Red Raiders are now 2-2 all-time against ranked non-conference opponents under Stone. 5-5 • D • SO McCullough has been impressive in her first season starting for the Red Raiders at right back. She scored her first career goal in the season opener against Oral Roberts and then added an last Sunday, finding Paige Strahan for the game-winner over Eastern Michigan.
HANNAH DEVINE
5-7 • MF • JR Devine has played the most minutes of any Red Raider through three matches as she is tied for the team high with two goals. She connected on the game-tying goal last Friday in Texas Tech’s 2-1 come-from-behind victory at No. 11 Notre Dame where Devine played all 90 minutes.
BRIANA ROHMER
5-8 • MF/F • JR Rohmer connected on her first goal of the season this past Sunday, tying the match with Eastern Michigan with an unassisted tap-in in the 56th minute. The goal was the seventh of her career and her sixth since the start of the 2013 season where she was second on the team for goals.
JADE DAPAAH 5-9 • D • JR Dapaah has been a regular for the Red Raiders on the Texas Tech back line, starting all three matches at centerback where she has totaled 241 minutes. The Red Raiders have allowed just two goals during that span en route to a 3-0 start to the season for the third-straight year.
