in AI at ASU Claude Enterprise is now available ASU faculty and staff can now request a purchase license for Claude Enterprise, a conversational AI assistant designed for professional use which includes Claude Chat, Cowork and Code to support teaching, writing, data analysis, and more For the latest updates, visit ai.asu.edu/ai-tools New updates are available in CreateAI Builder ASU's flagship AI tool, CreateAI Builder, now includes a refreshed interface, usability improvements, and several new features. High-performance AI computing with the AIR Platform ASU has expanded its AI research capabilities with the AI Research Acceleration Platform (AIR), providing researchers with access to locally hosted, high-performance open-source AI models through CreateAI Builder. Dedicated AI infrastructure enables researchers to securely run and rapidly iterate on largescale, compute-intensive AI projects within ASU-managed infrastructure.

Protect yourself and your data. Faculty work with sensitive student, research and institutional information every day. ASU's cybersecurity teams provide training, reporting tools and security resources to help you recognize threats, protect university data and respond quickly when something doesn't seem right. Complete your annual Get Protected training The Information Security Awareness course helps faculty recognize phishing, protect research and institutional data, and follow cybersecurity best practices. Report suspicious emails immediately Cybercriminals often disguise emails to look legitimate. If a message asks for passwords, Duo approval, financial information or other sensitive data, don't respond. Forward suspicious emails to: reportphish@asu.edu Practice good security habits • Use Duo multi-factor authentication. • Keep devices updated. • Use strong, unique passwords. • Store university files in approved cloud services. • Lock your computer when away.
ASU Mobile App Power up your Sun Devil experience. Designed to enhance and support the Sun Devil experience, the app has features you'll use daily to help you stay informed, efficient and connected to all things ASU. Now available: Sun Devil Mobile ID ASU requires all students, employees and qualifying university affiliates to obtain an official ASU ID. Except for eligible new employees, the ASU ID is issued for a fee of $25. Online students must have an approved photo on file with Sun Devil Card Services.
