THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE
1. Select your home site from the developer’s inventory of lots.
2. Our Architectural Design Team meets you on your new lot and gets some of the particulars related to the home you would like to build.
3. We then review and provide a preliminary construction estimate.
4. You provide a 5% deposit that will create the detailed architectural plans enabling you to be as involved as you would like.
5. We then provide a construction budget with schedule and enter into a construction contract.
6. YOUR HOME IS BUILT AND YOU MOVE IN!
