These are a few of the BILLS that were passed this legislative session. I encourage you to go to MyFloridaHouse.gov to look at different bills that were passed. As a super minority, Democrats didn't have much say in what passed or didn't pass. You can check the records to see who voted for good bills and bad bills. I can say that I along with most of my Democratic Colleagues voted NO on all of these bills!

Immigration Bill

The bill allocates $12 million for transporting migrants out of state. Creates penalties for employers who knowingly employ unauthorized aliens, effective July 1, 2024

18 Year old's can purchase guns

This bill changes the legal age of purchasing or being gifted a rifle from 21 to 18 years of age.

Increases number of members in Governors private militia and gives money for purchase of airplanes.
