ADDING THE PORTAL TO YOUR HOME SCREEN USING ANDROID DEVICES. 1 2 3 4 This will allow you to easily access the portal without the need of typing in the URL (https://portal.teagle.co.uk) each time. You are able to select either the Self-Service or Supervisors Portal depending on your role. You will need to click the three “dots” in the top right-hand corner to get the menu shown in picture two!




WELCOME SCREEN This the portal’s welcome screen where you can select from either Self-Service or Supervisor Portal.


SELF-SERVICE: SCREENLOGIN This is the login screen for self-service. You will need your Clock ID Number. The first time you log in use your Clock ID number as both your username and your password. SELF-SERVICE: PASSWORDCHANGE It’s time to change your password. Once you have logged into Self-Service for the first time you will be prompted to change your password to something Youmemorable.willalso be prompted to set your security questions and answers. You’ll promptedbeto set your security questions after this step. Please see overleaf for instructions.



SETTING YOUR SECURITY QUESTIONS. Answer a minimum of three questions and hit ‘save’.

SELF-SERVICE: HOME SCREEN This is the self-service home screen, where you can review: • Your allocated annual leave • Request annual leave and any periods of absence • View your weekly shift pattern • View any upcoming changes SELF-SERVICE: MENU ICON The Menu icon will allow you to view and select your option within self-service. Some of the other things you can view: • Personal Information • Contact Information (Next of Kin) • Clocking in and out times • Company documents (Hand-book, user guides and upcoming notices)


SELF-SERVICE: CHOOSING DATES Note: you will need to pick a start and end date for your annual leave. Unfortunately it is not possible to book the current day off. If you need to do this please speak to your manager.
SELF-SERVICE: REQUESTING ANNUAL LEAVE
To request annual leave. Select your start and finish dates using the date pickers next to today’s date! To book a half-day holiday. Select the date in both date boxes and select AM in both boxes for a morning off, or PM in both boxes for an afternoon off. To book a full-day holiday. Select the date in both date boxes and select AM in top box and PM in the lower box. To book multiple full-day holiday. Select the start date in the top box and finish date in the lower box. Then select AM in the top box and PM in the lower Youbox. do not need to worry about weekends during your selection, they will not be included in your annual leave. Other sections Leave comments for your manager? The reason for your request might be particularly important and need further explanation. Giving your reason could increase your chance of annual leave authorisation.


SELF-SERVICE: SUBMITTING When it’s time to submit your annual leave, scroll down and click ‘Request’. You will be presented with a green confirmation message so you know it has been successfully submitted. It will be sent to your line manager. SELF-SERVICE: CALENDAR Once you’ve submitted your request. You can view it in the calendar using the indicator key. It will inform you of the types of days you’ve requested. You can also see any planned leave you have upcoming and any days you may want to cancel or change. SELF-SERVICE: PERSONAL DETAILS We are currently populating this information from our payroll software. You will find your personal details in this section. PRODUCTION AREA TERMINALS If you don’t have easy access to a desktop computer or smart phone Self-Service can be accessed through the termainals in production areas. Scan the barcode on your Clock In Card to log in. Then select ‘Employee Portal’ located in the bottom right corner.
