In Sunbridge we’re creating a network of walkways, wide paths and trails that will eventually let you hike or bike to stands of oak trees, a chain of natural lakes, wetlands and waterways, and places for neighbors to gather and enjoy outdoor events, learning experiences and the simple joy of being together under a blue Florida sky.
Our Weslyn Park neighborhood will be home to the first school in Sunbridge, a K-8 planned to open for the 2024 school year. And we see an opportunity to take a fresh approach to education, responding to the needs of students today and, of course, weaving plenty of nature into the curriculum.
