MONEY TALK PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

A. Scott MacKnight, CEO/President Over the last several months, my focus for internal communications to Triangle staff has been on plans for Credit Union growth in 2022 and beyond. Since these plans are centered around enhancements to improve our organization and member experience, I want to share some of these initiatives with you. We have over a dozen strategic initiatives in the pipeline; these developments include Online and Mobile banking platforms which allow current and new members to open and fund accounts online, a payment portal to make TCU loan payments easier and more efficient, and enhancements to wire transfers, and debit and credit card portfolio.

WINTER 2022

As we know, communication is key to any great relationship. Our plans also include improvements to LIVE Chat with features that allow members to communicate with our Contact Center more efficiently, a more integrated TCU cards manager app, a new website with easier navigation, and a dedicated financial literacy website where we can connect with our Triangle community. I am excited about the new year and the opportunities it will bring to us as an organization, and for our members. I have said it before, and I will say it again. I know you have many financial service options, and it is an honor that you choose Triangle Credit Union to serve your financial needs. May you and yours prosper in 2022.
