Mick
Khzouz TAKING CENTER STAGE IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
Mick Khzouz is a rock star in every sense of the word. He has a proven track record of reliability and success, and consistently exceeds others’ expectations to perform at the highest level. As an accomplished solo, Christian musician and recording artist, Mick is no stranger to hard work when it comes to being a top-producing real estate agent.
“I’ve always loved having friends and getting to know people, but this business took that to another level.” While Mick was growing up, his father played a powerful role in his life. “My dad was also a musician and loved music so much that he had to work several jobs to support his passion and take care of our large family,” Mick
said. “He was always supportive and encouraging to me, and when we used to watch boxing together, he would tell me, ‘it’s one against one, no teammate to save you,’ and that has stuck with me my entire life.” Mick’s father may have inspired him in many ways, but it was his mother who influenced him to
Mick’s road to real estate stardom first began 14 years ago as a part-time agent. During that time, Mick juggled music tours and album production with his real estate efforts, as well as managing a few other side businesses. “I became an appraiser in 2006 and a real estate agent in 2007,” Mick recalled. “I was part-time until December of 2017, and I realized touring was putting too much of a strain on my family life — my love for my family is far greater than my love for the big stage.” His decision to focus on real estate and establish himself as an associate broker at Michigan Rockstar Realty with Clients First, REALTORS® led Mick to become one of the top-producing agents in his brokerage where he has generated a career volume of over $33 million. “I wanted to feel a sense of purpose in what I did,” he explained. 36 • March 2022
