Real Producers Community Coming Together To Help With a Habitat Build Day

Top real estate agents and some of our preferred partners gathered at the Women Build home on Fairfax in Southfield. We were at the site for three different days in October.

October 19 was led by Real Producers Publisher Terra Csotty. Joining her team was Jessica Gingell from RE/MAX Eclipse, Cynthia Morfin from eXp Realty, Katie Wright from RE/MAX Eclipse, Kristin Bond from Thrive Realty Co/The Red Lipstick Revolution, Amber Yaklin from eXp Realty/The Red Lipstick Revolution and Yasmin Rogers from eXp Realty. The Red Lipstick Revolution sponsored coffee, donuts and lunch from Kruse & Muer. They worked alongside a group of men from Oakland University.

Katie Wright from RE/MAX Eclipse said, “I love participating in Habitat for Humanity with Real Producers. It is a great organization, helping members of our community earn the reward of homeownership. I love that it’s real work, using our hands and learning new skills. Very rewarding to see at the end what you helped to complete, and having the home go to a well-deserving family is the best part.”

October 26 was led by Real Producers Relationship Manager Dina Ranieri. Joining her team was Amanda Hatfield from Omega Lending Group, Darla A. Hartline-Niewoit from Lombardo Homes, Erica Wood from RE/MAX Eclipse, Beatriz Siminovich from Keller Williams Domain as well as Samantha Hillery, Luke Boyea and

Mark Schmansky from eXp Realty. Lombardo Homes sponsored coffee, donuts and lunch from Kruse & Muer.

“Working on a Women Build for Habitat is rewarding and empowering all at the same time!” Darla A. Hartline-Niewoit from Lombardo Homes, a preferred partner of Real Producers of Oakland County, said.

“I had a really great time working with other agents and talking about their businesses. It was nice to have agents and lenders from different brokerages working together to build something for a deserving family. Everyone was so kind, and it was a really fun day!” Samantha Hillery from eXp Realty said.

Our final day on October 27 was led by Real Producers Event Coordinator Erika Kruse. Joining her team was Gabby Foland from Omega Lending Group, Dawn Townsend from Dawn Townsend Photography & Design, Sunshine Wilhite from Keller Williams Home, Jessica Juel from Keller Williams Domain, Jennifer Zardus with Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel and her friend Sue Spindler, Joy DiMaggio from RE/MAX Eclipse and Madeline LaFave from True Realty. Kruse & Muer sponsored lunch for us on this last day.
