What services do you provide?

We are a full-service caterer that provides tasty and tempting meals from our scratch kitchen for both corporate and private meetings and events. We offer lunch, dinner, hors d’oeuvres, parties and BBQs, as well as a wide variety of cuisines, including American, Mediterranean, Mexican and more. We also supply professional staff, linen and rentals as needed.

Imagination — I love creating unique and fun menus for special events and holidays such as “The Vomiting Pumpkin” for Halloween and “Mini Leprechaun Corned Beef Sliders” for St. Patrick’s Day. Our “Dipped & Decorated Dessert Trays” are a gorgeous and delicious option for any holiday or special event.

Why did you pursue a career in this industry?

Because food is happy! Like a lot of folks, I started waiting tables and bartending in college and quickly realized that whether it is simply going out to eat or having lunch served during a meeting or at a full-blown party, food is almost always a happy occasion!

What do you find most fulfilling about your work?

The greatest reward is when I receive an email the next day complimenting my entire staff, from the kitchen to the delivery and set-up.

When you aren’t working, what’s your favorite way to spend your time?

Gardening or watching BritBox

Is there anything else you’d like to share with the real estate community?

In these complicated times, we are able to individually package virtually any meal — hot or cold. If you order snacks or sandwiches or an open house, we have covered trays and bowls.
