The 1st International Women’s Day Song Writer Showcase at Casa was a huge success. Thanks to all our female artists who took part!

Jason Aldean’s in Pittsburgh had its official grand opening on March 22nd and featured an appearance by Jason & Brittany Aldean!

Thank you to all the staff that showed their Irish spirit this year by wearing green on St. Patrick’s Day!

Across several marketing channels, including, but not limited to, social media, press and media, the announcement campaign created over 1.4M impressions and resulted in over 2,000 applications!

Tien’s family is originally from Vietnam, and he has been living in Nashville for 30 years. Tien started his career with TCRG 6 years ago as a bartender at Jason Aldean’s then moved into management in 2021. When he is not working, he likes to spend time with his dog, Fwancis. Tien is looking forward to running the London Marathon in 2025 so he also spends a good bit of his free time training for marathons. In Tien’s new position as TCRG Controller, he is responsible for cost controls, financial statements, projection of revenues, and budgeting processes that reduce business expenses to increase profitability.

hANNAh FehLMAN: Guest seRViCes ADMiNistRAtoR

Hannah was born and raised in Canton, Ohio and graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Hannah moved to Nashville in 2022 and started working for TCRG shortly after. In her free time, Hannah also acts as the social media, merchandise, and ticketing coordinator for a festival called The Country Fest Ohio, which takes place in her hometown. As the Guest Service Administrator, Hannah provides appropriate responses to satisfy guests’ needs or questions. She also works closely with the Marketing Partnership Manager & Director of Guest Services to compile data, guest feedback, and other consumer reactions to provide weekly reporting to Operations & Management teams!

Blaine is originally from Baltimore and relocated to Middle TN over twenty years ago. He attended MTSU for marketing and has a sales background. He started his career with TCRG 2 years ago and has been a Manager at Luke’s 32 Bridge for the last year. In his free time, Blaine likes to kayak, and travel. He intends on visiting both Peru and Costa Rica in the new future. The primary goal for Blaine’s position is facilitating that events are set up to their individual specifications, which includes coordinating with other teams to make sure the right pieces are where they need to be and setting up decor. Other aspects include managing the events, staying on top of organization, and assisting the team in anything else that needs to be done, including making sure fine details are in place for site tours.

bLAiNe LAsh: eVeNt sALes CooRDiNAtoR sAbRiNA hARRiNGtoN: GRAPhiC DesiGN MANAGeR

Sabrina was born and raised in Ohio, where she got her Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Arts and worked as a freelance graphic designer and wedding photographer. Sabrina moved to Nashville in 2022 when she started working at TCRG as a graphic designer. In her free time, Sabrina loves to spend time outdoors hiking and camping with her husband, Ethan. She also enjoys being creative outside of work by painting, playing violin, and doing photography. The graphic design department has tripled in size and with the new team, Sabrina’s promotion to Graphic Design Manager allows her to have a stronger focus on project management and the cross-department communications needed on graphics projects, while also still being heavily involved in the creative design process.

beN bLoss: AGM- Mw’s this bAR

Ben was born and raised in Southern California, lived in Las Vegas for a few years, then moved to Orlando to go to the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Hospitality Management. He moved to Nashville in November 2022, when he started working for TCRG as a Manager at FGL House. In his free time, Ben enjoys writing and is currently working on his fourth novel. He also enjoys spending time at the beach, playing volleyball, and most of all spending time with his golden retriever, Banjo. Ben is very excited about his new position, as he thrives working with the beverage program and is looking forward to leading it for a brand-new venue. At work, Ben enjoys being active and engaged on the floor with guests and the team to ensure they can efficiently provide the best possible experience. At MW’s This Bar, he will be overseeing inventory, orders, operating procedures, along with developing and connecting with the team and finding new ways to help them grow.

VRAJ PAteL: ViDeo PRoDuCtioN eDitoR

Vraj is from Greenwood, Mississippi (The Delta) and attended Ole Miss for his undergrad. His experience came about from working with businesses to create content to help drive customer retention through social media. Vraj relocated to Nashville 2 years ago and first started working for TCRG in March of 2023 as a content creator. Vraj’s hobbies include spending time outdoors and working out. Vraj’s new position as the Video Production Editor entails planning, producing, and editing videos to post on several of TCRG’s artist-partnered pages and platforms. Some large-scale work that he has produced so far for TCRG includes the safety video, which is presented at orientations, Jason Aldean’s Pittsburgh Grand Opening, and the content for This Bar’s announcement video.
