2024 was our biggest year yet with the addition of Morgan Wallen’s This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen, Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up, Jason Aldean’s Pittsburgh, and our first venue in Vegas, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Bar!
TC Restaurant Group became Safe Bar Certified and because of our amazing staff, we were able to contribute resources and time to amazing organizations like Nashville Rescue Mission, Heart Like a Truck Foundation, Metro Animal Care Control, and the Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief Fund.
We couldn’t have accomplished it without the hard work of our staff members like you and look forward to an amazing 2025!

METRO ANIMAL CARE CONTROL
For the second year in a row, TC Restaurant Group has held a “Fill the Cart Event” and donated a shopping cart worth of pet supplies to a local shelter, Metro Animal Care and Control. Casa staff members also donated their time to walk and socialize adoptable dogs through the non-profit organization!
NASHVILLE RESCUE MISSION
Thank you to everyone who donated resources in December and made our “Season of Giving” the biggest one yet! Over 40 bags of much needed clothing, toiletries, and food were donated to The Nashville Rescue Mission which provides food and shelter to hundreds of the city’s residents on a daily basis.

The Texas Tailgate at Casa Rosa featured a specialty cocktail menu, bringing a taste of the Lone Star State to every guest. The team got into the spirit, rocking Texas-themed t-shirts and adding to the fun, festive atmosphere.

Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Rooftop Bar in Las Vegas had a great turnout for its job fair and orientation, with lots of people excited to join the team. It was a fun event where attendees got a taste of what it’s like to work at the popular spot, all while learning about available positions.
Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Bar in Las Vegas celebrated its grand opening with a star-studded event, where Jason himself cut the ribbon and kicked off the festivities with a live performance. Fans packed the venue to enjoy his signature blend of great food, drinks, and music, marking the official launch of this exciting new hotspot in Las Vegas.

Katie was born and raised in South Dakota and relocated to Nashville to attend Belmont University where she majored in Music Business. Katie has worked for TC Restaurant Group for almost 7 years as a Retail Host.
When she isn’t working, Katie pursues her true passion of being a country singer-songwriter and loves anything to do with music. She also enjoys reading as a pastime.
KYLE O’cONNOR: LUKE’S 32 BRIDGE – SERVER
Kyle is originally from Long Island NY and relocated to Nashville a little over 3 years ago. He attended Salve Regina University in Rhode Island where he majored in biology and played on the rugby team. Kyle started working for Luke’s 32 last March and when he isn’t working enjoys going on hikes with his dogs, watching movies, and golfing. Kyle is enjoying his current life but is planning on going back to school in a few years.

Ryan is originally from Vermont and has been living in Tennessee for almost 7 months. Soon after relocating to Nashville, Ryan joined TC Restaurant Group’s facilities team and can be seen working throughout all the venues on a regular basis. In his free time Ryan enjoys playing the piano, going for long drives, and working out.

Steven has resided in Nashville for most of his life and has been working with the company’s facilities team since last summer. When he isn’t working Steven likes to spend his time with his family which includes his wife, mother, sisters, children, four grandchildren, and the family’s newest addition, a Chihuahua named Bash. Steven also enjoys watching movies and spending time in the woods hiking & fishing. Regarding his future plans, he intends on buying a house with land in the country, obtaining his HVAC certification, and growing his career with TC Restaurant Group.
