T.C. was born into a construction family specializing in housing developments and contracting. He and his family are longtime residents of Snohomish County, Washington.

T.C. currently lives in the Mill Creek area with his wife Lauren of 22 years and their three adorable daughters Lillian (19), Maura (17) and Audrey (12). Like making the perfect latte for his customers in the coffee business years ago, T.C. pours himself into everything he does whether it is his family or his customers. In Joy’s 12 years as a member of our team she has handled the marketing and communication for over 550 properties and is the very best at what she does.
