East of England Ofsted and Birthday Edition TCHC GROUP LIMITED RE-AWARDED A “GOOD” PROVIDER RATING BY OFSTED The Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills has re-awarded TCHC Group Limited a “Good” Grade 2 provider rating further to a full inspection at the end of June 2022. Ofsteds report highlighted many of TCHCs strengths, including its ability to design programmes to adapt and meet learners needs “Learners comment positively about the flexible approach to learning and how tutors teach subjects in bitesize topics so that learners can understand them thoroughly before moving on to the next topic”.

TCHCs safeguarding was rated as ‘effective’, “Leaders have created a strong culture of safeguarding. They have put in place relevant policies and procedures that they apply appropriately to keep learners safe. They are mindful of the vulnerability of many of their learners and pay particular attention to helping these learners to keep themselves safe in their everyday lives.” Courtney Grinham, Managing Director: “We are delighted to have been reawarded a ‘Good’ rating by Ofsted and be endorsed for the work that we do to achieve our vision to transform the lives of the individuals we work with. To be recognised for our achievements and the positive genuine impact we make with those we support is testament to our staffs expertise and commitment”.
