With the theme "Integrated Approach in Science and Technology for Sustainable Future," the Science Month 2022 spearheaded by the College of Engineering Technology successfully concluded on September 27, 2022, at Tagoloan Community College Covered Court.

Engr Michael L Lopez, Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, opened the culminating program by delivering his welcome address to the students hoping that the College of Engineering Technology will sustain itself in the years ahead

"I hope ah mao ra ning mga activities nato, ma enjoy ta and atong masinati ang selebrasyon sa Science Month," Lopez said as he ended his remarks

Guest Speaker Mr Bryan Rey D Quinto, the College Secretary of CET introduces the "Agenda 2030" where he discusses various topics that include the Sustainable Development Goals

Selected engineering students and instructors of CET provide a short entertainment during their intermission number, followed by the minor game "The Battle of the Brainless," which was participated by e said activity

Winners of CET's various competitions, including the Science Quiz Bee, Dart Tournament, DaMath, and Automotive Lighting System Skills Competition, were recognized and awarded during the said culmination

As the program ended, CET SBO Governor Emerson Rivera delivered his closing remarks by thanking all the people behind the success of the Science Month celebration tree- plant a life, A tree for life, formed and grouped to create, promote and support the goal to not just clean for a-day but maintaining cleanliness as the basic step to conserve and preserve the well-being here on earth.

What can we do? The need of the hour, is to set in the practice of cleanliness in our behaviour, and be able to participate and support any environmental actions that may takes place. The state of cleanliness of a society represents the mindset, and an important z phenomenon that is not just confined to personal/oneself but of a discipline towards a healthier living having an environmental concern.

May we “think green” and “do clean”, let us be conscious and make small steps about aiding the clamor of our nature for restoration and reviving. This is not solely for one’s and today’s greater good.

Let’s us support local/global environmental activities to create footmarks and embark for a healthier and sustainable living.
