This Republic Act is geared towards protecting a person's privacy, honor, dignity, and integrity As a matter of fact, Under Sec 3 of RA 9995, photo or video voyeurism means the act of taking a photo or video coverage of a person or group of persons performing a sexual act or any similar activity or of capturing an image of the private area of a person or persons without the latter's consent, under circumstances in which such person/s has/have a reasonable expectation of privacy.


Photogs must also drill in mind that choosing to publicize such things - displeasing and undesirable pictures, will not conceive as a subject of gratification but rather being humiliated Above all, we must be careful of what we post online and what we assent to and be cognizant of our environment.
