Ring by Spring

Sarah Paulus and Justin Burman Sarah and Justin met in September 2020. They were set up by two of their friends while Sarah was a senior in high school, and Justin was a freshman at Tabor. They were engaged March 19, and their wedding is set for July 23.

Iris Klein and Caleb Rempel Iris and Caleb met at Hillsboro High School when she was a freshman, and he was a junior. They got engaged at the Marion Reservoir Feb. 10 and are having a backyard celebration wedding Aug. 6.

Alysson Foos and Dakotah Whiteley Alysson and Dakotah met while competing for Tabor College’s Presidential Leadership Scholarship in 2019. They were engaged July 3, 2021, and will be married Aug. 6.

Shea Sutherland and Jackson Rohr Shea and Jackson met at their church’s high school youth group in 2015 when she was a freshman, and he was a junior. They got engaged Dec. 26, 2021, and plan to be married May 26, 2023.

Emma Willison and Cole Gilbert Emma and Cole met in the summer of 2016 at high school cross country practice. They were engaged June 19, 2021, and will be married Jan. 14, 2023.

Taylor Quiring and Cameron Landon Taylor and Cameron met at Tabor College through mutual friends. Their engagement proposal was Nov. 7, 2021. They will be married July 30.

Zoe Shieldnight and Devin Rust Zoe and Devin met during her first year at Tabor when she was a sophomore. They got engaged May 29, 2021, and plan to be married June 5.

Chazni (Ptacek) Barker and Quade Scott Chazni and Quade met during high school in Eureka, Kan. They were engaged Oct. 24, 2021. The couple has yet to set a wedding date.

Brittany Hiebert and Axton Travis Brittany and Axton met in the fall of 2019 at Tabor. They got engaged Aug. 29, 2021, and will be married June 3, 2023.

Kariana Thies and Drew Hanken Kariana and Drew first became acquainted when he slid into her Instagram DMs. They started dating afterward and became engaged April 14. They are planning a Dec. 3 wedding.

Taylor Morrow and Colton Roundtree Taylor and Colton met as freshmen in Intercultural Communication class at Tabor in 2018. They got engaged April 3 at Lakeside Park in McPherson, Kan. They plan to marry in summer 2023.

Abby Berggren and Joshua Gaede Abby and Josh met as high school seniors through the Presidential Leadership Program competition in 2018. They got engaged Oct. 10, 2021, and will be married May 28.
